Great coffee

Had a really nice Americano here and they also have a nice selection of cakes to go with :) I also like it how the coffee comes hot as I can't stand Luke warm coffee!

Twiggs

Lots of good food and great atmosphere, I especially like the mediteranean platter. I frequent the McKeown Ave location.

Just Average

This coffee shop needs to beef up customer service. Orders are often forgotten or late. Tables are usually dirty. Also noisy. The other shop downtown has better atmosphere and not quite as noisy.

Great Tasting Food - Great Deserts

Both of the Twiggs locations in North Bay are definitely worth the stop. Our own local "Starbucks" if you will only with a better menu! Lots of variety, nice atmosphere, free WIFI. Nice place to meet up with friends. Food is fresh and the specialty drinks and deserts are delicious.

I'm not a coffee drinker but those I know who do, love the coffe and will never go back to a Tim Horton's after having their coffee here. They have a good choice of pastries and teas. The only downfall about Twiggs is because they freshly grind their coffee, the machines are noisy.

Better than the Twiggs on McKeown but same problems

The baristas are trained inconsistantly, the coffee is not fresh like they'd like you to believe, and mostly, it is way overpriced. The hygiene is also a mild turnoff. I've seen baristas not even try to clean the equipment, them off course the next baristas just uses the dirty equipment.

More than a coffee shop

Great food choices, lovely coffee and drink and dessert choices, and various products and gifts to buy. This place, at both North Bay locations, are always busy and full. People like to have great coffee and food, and this is a lovely place for a meal on the go, alone, with friends. It never disappoints.

There's a daily variety of 3 different coffees, including their creamy, bold and slightly nutty house blend. It really is the freshest you can get unless you picked the beans yourself. Why processed meat

I visit north bay regularly. I have never been impressed with this restaurant. I would not boast about good food when processed meat is used in their sandwiches. Way overpriced. Sweets are dry and awful. If u like Starbucks coffee you will like theirs. After several visits I will never back. Don't know why waited so high.

Excellent

After hearing rave reviews about the pizza we had to try it and it lived up to its expectations. The crust was so crispy something I always want and rarely find on a pizza. For 6-9$ a pizza you can't go wrong. The desserts looked so yummy but had to resist.

Best coffee house in the city. The food is fresh and the staff pleasant. The one in the main part of the city is a little small however regardless of the line up it is well worth the short wait!!

A North Bay Tradition

I hear they just opened a Starbucks in North Bay... too bad I will never go there. Twiggs has completely taken over the coffee / cafe market in the Bay. Takes on Starbucks any day

Twiggs has there own style of doing things. They have a wide, fresh, modern menu that suits everyone's flavor palates well. I have been here before and not had the freshest baked goods, but besides the odd time the food Is usually really good. I enjoy the smoothies and hot chocolate! Yumm!

Best Latte's in town

Good, well prepared luncheon food- accompanied by the best lattes on town.Favourite is smoked salmon with cream cheese. Pizzas are tasty and very reasonably priced- our new Friday night specialty.

Yummiest latte

Great lattees and whole wheat baked goods, also very glad they have yogurt etc. With complete lack of Starbucks in the north and very few good lattees at all, this is absolutely the best. Also great ambiance and lots of seating

Has two locations downtown on McKeown Ave. Serve great coffee and bagel sandwiches at both locations. The McKeown location also serves pizza, nachos etc. great for breakfast and lunch.

Twiggs is a little local chain, specializing in home cooked and grind fresh coffee. Serves sandwiches with wonderful daily soup. Service is the only set back.

I always go out of my way to go to Twiggs in North Bay. The food is good, quick and quality! Twiggs on McKeown has great pizza, although maybe more staff to pick up dishes/clean tables would be good! Wonderful environment to enjoy with friends!

I stop at Twiggs everytime I drive through North Bay, sometimes just for coffee and sometimes for lunch, Yesterday it was for lunch. The food was very reasonable and was very good. Service is always good.
I wil continue to stop whenever I get a chance.

If Starbucks coffee is good and Timi's coffee is barely acceptable, Twiggs offer excellent brew.
The service is fast, friendly and always with a pretty smile.

Best coffee in North Bay

They roast their own coffee. Strong with no after taste. Excellent service and the bake goods are to die for. Superb sandwiches and spicy soups. Always busy but lots of tables and counter spaces to sit and enjoy your brew.

Great little coffee shop / eatery

Just stopped in for lunch before leaving the town. Had never been to the place before and was very impressed. Had a great Montreal smoked meat sandwich and my wife had a greek pizza. Food was excellent, service was good, prices reasonable, and would go back without a doubt.

It's like a local high priced Starbucks but with lower quality

We stopped here for a cup of tea and a piece of cheesecake. I'm not sure why they would serve a key lime cake with almonds? I had to order something else and it was both over priced and unpleasant. Twiggs has friendly employies and great food!

Been there several times, service is slow, went through drive threw today and ordered peach scone, cheese scone and tea with milk. Got two cheese scones and black tea. Won't be back...not a friendly place.

Poor quality control, just finished a take out coffee which was full of loose grounds. Great potential, poor execution.
