The hotel has gone through some upgrades with newer TV's, bed. Carpets were a bit worn. The beds were firm, fridge and microwave was provided. There was a coffee maker but no coffee packets provided. The hotel its self is decent. Staff were genuine and pleasant to be around. The gym shouldn't be called a gym however as it is just old rusty equipment but everything else was good. I asked for a quieter room and they did make that accomodation for me. I would have no issues going back!

The least hotel during our stay. Wel equiped, free WiFi, clean, good breakfast but nothing special. Just fine to sleep and continue the next day.
Forget about Parksville, drive a little bit north to Qualicum Beach for a nice restaurant with an oceanview.

This motel is in need of a serious makeover. It is run down both inside and out. When we arrived we discovered our toilet was broken. Twelve hours later it still hadn't been repaired. We will not stay here again. Most disappointed.

Clean and reasonably modern good swimming pool and hot tub area. Our niece and nephew aged 9 and 6 swam for about an hour and a half. They enjoyed the pool area.
For $100 plus this was OK - for travellers at this time of year this was pricey.

We just stayed at the travellodge last night. They were accommodating with our dog. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.... Especially josh. Reasonable price. Tidy rooms. Late night food in parksville is non existent... so come prepared. Would definitely stay again!

Poor Sleep

Convenient location, close to beach and shopping but too many problems to warrant staying again. Front desk attendant always in back and always had to ring bell and wait, no vacuuming done, noisy & vulgar patrons out front under our room window smoking until 4am, no pillowcases on second bed until 3rd day of stay, worn out bed, poor sleep.

We've stayed here many times and always have a good stay. My only suggestion is it would be nice for the breakfast to have some gluten-free and vegan options. As well, it would be nice to have coffee/tea options throughout the day/evening.

Our stay at the Travelodge was pleasant and enjoyable. Thew rooms were clean and comfortable. We had fun playing with our daughter in the swimming pool. The breakfasts were very nice and the staff were helpful and nice.

Hotel was nicer than I thought it would be but the moring staff were less than friendly and didn't smile when I talked to them it was almost as if I was a bother to them.
