Friendly service and personal attention. That’s what makes Travelodge the right place for you to stay while on vacation or business. We’re the kind of people who take the time to know you and what you like. It doesn’t get better than that.
Going for business my first room was a simple one with twin queen beds and a back door into the shared balcony. The only problem was the back door didn't lock and kids could have gotten into my room from the balcony area. The manager swapped me into a business suite. Excellent room very comfortable. Loud kids and barking dogs are something to contend with though.
We have always had amazing customer service at travelodge. Even with secondary pool down they made our stay awsome. ( son did not want to leave. Good sign! Thank you!
Hotel is old and in need of remodeling. a bit overpriced. Hotel staff helpful.
Met family there and able to rearrange rooms to be next door. Didn't use the pool area this time as just didn't have time.
The temperature in the room was 17 degrees celcius. We asked hotel staff to check it out. They brought us a ceramic space heater. Took almost two hours for the room to warm to 21 degrees. The bathroom floor tiles were ice cold for the entire stay. Walls in the room were dirty, notably in the area of the bathroom, the bathroom was very small, and the rooms furnishings were sparce. Generally, the... more
Nice hotel with perfect location near industrial zone and airport of Saskatoon which make it perfect for businessmen.
The room was clean , could use an update . Disappointed that the one pool was closed and the one open was way to cold for my daughter
The first thing I noticed, after check in, was that this building has a confusing layout. It seems like it was added onto a few times, with little logic. The rooms in most hotels are laid out in ascending order, 101 to 150 or whatever, as one walks down the hall. This one was not. Not to my idea of it, anyway, and one of my visitors mentioned that he also got lost, trying to find his way to my... more
staff not helpful.I lost my cell phone in the lobby and inqired if one was found at least 3 times in person plus another 5 times calling the front desk.. Not once did someone offer to take my room number and name in case someone turned it in.. i booked the room via Expedia, and felt like a second class patron.. Internet was on and off. In 2014 customers MUST HAVE internet. if you cannot provide... more
Everything was fine till 2:30 am.Thats when hollering and door slamming started and lasted for 45 mins.If the hotel security wasn't sleeping they would have maybe done something about this. When checking out I complained and basically she just shrugged her shoulders.Because of this I cannot recommend this hotel.
Everything was great, I was pleased with the staff and the room. The only thing I would like to see is the bathrooms to be updated (mostly the floor). We were very comfortable with our stay.
Easy to find from highway, easy to find where to go from hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful even calling up and making sure our room was satisfactory. Food was good as well
clean, close to shopping and entertainment. xxxxx pool was well maintained
Nice comfortable place to stay with all the amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Very clean, quiet. Restaurant within the building with excellent quality food.
Small bathrooms but nice hotel. Great pool area for kids.
Allo! This hotel does have nice pools, restaurant etc. but my room left little to be desired, unfortunately. It had a door for direct access to the pool from the room (you figure that's a bonus) but ya smells like chlorine... Had to ask front desk for a fly swatter, room was smelly and quite dusty...I really should have asked for another room.
Overall not very good...we sent our 16 year old daughter to the Fixins restaurant to get a cup of milk for our toddler. Staff told her it was unavailable, then that they only had a cup of milk, then she was told there were no cups allowed outside the restaurant and she would have to go across Circle Drive to a Co-op store. She came back to our room whereupon my wife called the restaurant to see... more
We very much enjoyed waking up and going for a swim and playing on the water slide. The pool side room was ideal for us! We appreciated not having to return to our room walking through hallways and/or taking an elevator.
Hotel rooms are showing their age, plugs-ins are worn and don't hold the cords, bathroom was clean but tub was worn. Very confusing layout to the hotel itself. Strong chlorine smell from pool throughout the entire hotel.
Overall we had a good stay except for housekeeping. We had to call down twice and on the third occasion we had to track down a person. When the work was done, it was good but we should not have had to go out of our way to get the room cleaned
Very much enjoyed the room of the hotel. Nicely updated with comfortable beds. However.. Very large hotel on 2 floors with no elevator. When carrying luggage was rather inconvenient. Also light in our bathroom was burnt out so had to shower in the dark. Front desk not apologetic when told of the inconvenience. Overall great value for money.
Nice front desk staff they were efficient and friendly
Had all we needed within walking distance if the hotel couldn't. Nice venue, good food, friendly helpful staff.,
We had a fantastic time! everything was great. All the children loved it!
Registration was like anywhere else,. Arrived late but had guaranteed check in. Received a room on ground floor adjacent to pool. Found room to be acceptable but the comfort level needs upgrading. If you have young kids the pool would be acceptable and a slide is available with a life guard or attendant but if your looking to have someone patrol the perimeter and pick up the garbage it was not... more
A pretty decent hotel in Prince Albert. It is relatively new, just a few years old which is a huge plus. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioner worked well and was quiet. All in all, a good stay.
The rooms were clean but somewhat dated. The elevator nearest our room was out of order.
Was there for 2 nights, with our pet dog. Everything went great, just how a hotel should be. the waterslide was out for renovation for our first night, was up and running our next night which was great. I would recommend to a friend.
The customer service was not what it should be for a big hotel
The best part was a clean room and a waterslide for my 8 year old son. The worst part was the filthy condition of the hallway carpets and the amount of litter in the parking lot. An even worst part is that there are lots of transients walking aimlessly around the parking lot looking for spare change. They definitely need to have security patrolling the parking lot.
The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. The were more than willing to accommodate any request. The surrounding area is a bit sketchy but otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel for a family stay.
Room was ground level at the pool (noisy)- asked to change rooms but because it was booked through Expedia had to contact Expedia and they had to contact the hotel by phone, then by email, then by phone to confirm the hotel received the email before the hotel would allow the room change. The staff issued another room to me and I moved my bags and then went out. Upon my return I was given keys... more
I've stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy it. This time we went specifically so that my kids could waterslide only to show up and find that it was closed! Thankfully it opened the next day before check out so they were able to get some sliding in but it would have been nice to know this prior to showing up. Unfortunately that is the downside of third party booking! We would... more
I have stayed at this hotel many times, the first time was for a month so I feel I have a good basis to set my current opinion on. I visited with a friend to see a concert at the CUC on the long weekend. The staff were quick to give their opinions on the artist we were going to see- not really acceptable. The elevator we had to travel in to reach our floor was dirty, the carpet and wall were... more
When we called they said everything was good to go to pool the waterslide when we got there the water slide it been close down for over a week when asked what it was going to get back up they didn't know. Planned the trip around the waterslide so the kids could have some fun didn't happen
When we arrived we were told the waterslide was under renovations that day although there was never any advertising regarding it. Disappointing since the kids were looking forward to it. We were informed when checking in that thery would have given us an upgrade but because we booked through Expedia we didnt qualify for an upgrade. Nice!! We did purchase offsales through the RedZone lounge.... more
We booked there specifically for the pools and water slide. When we went to the pool, we see that one whole area, including the water slide was out of commission. We had NOT been informed that this was happening, not even upon check in. We had 2 very upset children. I called front desk and the person who answered was rude and not apologetic at all. Our room also had a pizza crust behind the... more
Clean and friendly staff. Pool maintenance on waterslide area took place whole weekend which is one reason we booked there so was disappointing. Other pool area was nice. Had continous trouble with my door key and the bathroom blowdryer and iron didnt work great. Overall tho it was a good place to stay and I'd stay there again
Hotel was great for what we needed-Concert for one night. Room was comfortable and clean.
Check in and check out was quick and easy. Our room was clean, and bed was comfortable. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in room as well.
Only stayed overnight to attend Blake Shelton Concert, hotel was reasonably close to concert venue and easy to get in & out of the city from. Room was clean but dated decor and beds are too soft. The chemical smell of the pool was very strong! Quiet hallways, didn't hear concert partiers coming & going. Restaurant service was poor.
We recently stayed at this hotel and although we were happy with the comfort of the beds that was about it. Firstly we registered at front desk and were told to park behind the hotel so that we would be near our entrance -- no one said that to get to the third floor you had to use a specific entrance in order to find your direct elevator -- would have been good to know. Secondly, we booked the... more
The stay was good and clean, hotel staff very helpful, but could use some updating in the corridors. Pool side rooms a little noisy until 10:30 pm.
1) outlet shorting out
2) Hair on bed,sink and tub !!!!
3) checked out told house keeper , went to load car came back to check and bed was made up within minutes !!! I had to wonder if sheets were changed !
I was impressed with the hotel! Friendly staff, and clean rooms. My kids really liked the Poolside room, even better than the theme room we had for the second night. Nothing beats walking from your room right into the pool, when you are a kid.
Business trip, all events there, excellent meeting room, catered meals excellent, service excellent, rooms excellent.
The room was very cold even after we turned the air conditioning off. The pillows are enormous and uncomfortable and the beds need a proper comforter/duvet.
When checking in and out of our room, the front desk staff were all very nice. The room was dated, but ok, the location was easy to get to.
We stayed here for 2 nights for my daughters ball tournament. The rooms were in desperate need of reno's and smelled disgusting, the carpet was old and disgusting and I can't believe we paid for a suit and all it was a double room with a microwave and small fridge, there was no table to eat our food on or... more
The hotel is still in need of updating, the carpet was dirty with stains in my room, the tub had stains in it and the outlets were old and outdated and didn't allow items to stay plugged in.
Had a second floor pool side room first night - really, really noisy until very late (10:30 or 11:00 I think). Changed to a room across the hall second night (good service on making that change) - and it was much better. Hotel is a bit old and beat up, but was clean and good enough other than the noise.
The pool side room worked out excellent for my daughter's birthday party. A great time was had by all.
Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights last Friday and Saturday. Our first room was a "theme" room which was very dark and smelled stale. I'm sure the smell can be attributed to the fact that it is an inside room which faces a pool area and thus lacks a window to the outside....it could REALLY use some air!!... more
My grandchildren thought their stay in the Castle Theme room, including the knight in armour, was the best ever - we will return next year for another fun experience.

As a long term guest of over two months this year. I found staff to be somewhat friendly. Attitude was given from front desk staff. Perhaps they are over worked. However as a guest I shouldn't receive the back lash for this???

I stayed at the travel lodge in saskatoon and the hotel as well as the amenities were awesome. The pool area was beautiful, I'm sad I never actually got to use it. Room was clean but terrible air quality ,horrible odour with no window to open. Could not sleep because of it even though the bed was comfortable. Expected more for price of a night stay. Hotels little dingy, could use an overall facelift.
I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice the room was. I really do like a comfortable chair to sit it. The sofa was a bonus! The microwave and fridge are very much appreciated when I travel. The bed was quite comfortable. Just as important - it was quiet!! Nicely done! Breakfast was good and quick. The staf were accommodating... more
This hotel has been well used for conference - meeting - airport - young family travel. I stayed for a conference - think this is a trend because of access, lots of rooms, surrounding hotel options, free parking, and general affordability. Obvious carpet and paint improvements. Ruckers (useless mini arcade ) as been replaced with a nice gym. There are... more
Unfortunately, for the price of the hotel, it was not a great experience. Housekeeping failed to replace our toilet paper in the morning. Toilet overflowed, police attended the hotel 3 times during our stay and the heater was so loud, it sounded like our room was going to take off for the moon!
An okay hotel. We had a nice big room, but it wasn't overly clean - found a dog toy from someone else. The stairs were dirty - needed vacuumed and the pool area had lots of grit that felt yuck on our feet. Was an econo type hotel.
Came to check in at 2:30PM. Was told check in was 3:00PM so we went for a drink in the REDZONE. 3:30 room was still not ready and we had to be somewhere at 4:30 so we had to leave our bags in the storage room and check in later that night was not impressed.
We visit Saskatoon often and stay at the Travelodge almost every two weeks. We are smokers so we stay in the smoking wing and try to get the suite. We enjoy the comfort of the Travelodge and staying in the suite feels kind of like home. My only complaint would be that the smoking rooms get quite dirty, the curtains... more
Flooring in pool area duct taped down!! Rodent bait stations in the pool area !! Our Pool side room (118)
with food spatters on the wall, large stains in the carpets and bath rooms the size of a closet, seriously I could touch three of the four walls while sitting on the toilet. Entrance 5 is hideous
The Travellodge near the airport is popular, but there are also the Delta, Sheraton, and Radisson Hotels downtown. The Delta is supposedly haunted!! There is also a new hotel being built called the Sandman Inn.
make sure you look if you are getting a discount because its a smoking room. I always book non smoking because I have a son with asthma. However it was my first time using the Wyndham Rewards to book my room and did not see or realize I booked a smoking room for my family including young children. They said... more
Overall, the staff were exceptional in trying to meet our needs and the service we received was very good. I got sucked in by the pictures of the nicely renovated lobby. Let me tell you, that is the only part of this dump that is nice. The rooms are disgusting. Bathroom had hair all over the place! I found the stay very pleasant. I enjoyed the pool amenities and though my room had erroneously been booked with another hotel, the staff knew immediately what to do and what had occured and called the associate hotel and cancelled the incorrect booking.
This used to be our favorite hotel in Saskatoon, but it is now getting run down and over priced. Don't stay here if you want a quiet night. There are tons of kids in the pool and running through the hallways. The restaurant's Sunday brunch is really good though.
I felt the hotel was a bit rundown - the price did not reflect this - but understandably high occupancy rate was obviously part of the rate.
Good fun hotel with water slide and pool. It is older and needs a facelift to increase the appearance. Really poor breakfast and lunch in the restaurant, don't go there. In general, it was a solid hotel but nothing great about it.
The room served it's purpose so the kids could water slide NYE, but it was so dirty. The shower had hair in it. I unfolded a clean towel to find hair, and there was more hair in the "clean" bed.
I am an entertainer and I travel a lot. The rooms were great, indoor pool & waterpark looked really popular, the meeting room was really nice for my group and the catered food was wonderful. The lobby computers are dated & unusable, shuttle to and from airport short and quick to serve. I could not get good wireless anywhere in... more
I found my room comfortable and clean. I did not like the smokers sitting in their vehicles looking in my room at all hours.
Hotel is old and in need of renovations. There is only one elevator in the back of the hotel that makes it hard to bring luggage to your room, as the floors are not well laid out. The beds were extremely hard and the stucco on the ceiling above them was falling off. The wifi connections are very unstable and... more
Great hotel. If staying here and do not wish to listen to the pool noise, ask for a room away from the pool.
The website says that this hotel is completely renovated. The only change I could see from the last time was new bedding.
The pool area needs an overhaul and could use some cleaning. The pool staff was not very attentive!

I am currently staying at the travelodge for two nights for a family getaway. Thanks Travelodge Saskatoon!
I booked the room a couple weeks prior to arrival. Upon arrival, we were told the waterslide was having maintenance performed on it and was not available as a result. I'm a business traveler from the U.S. and needed to spend two weeks in Saskatoon for a job. I'd consider this hotel EXTREMELY average. Furthermore, the hallways and stairwells are narrow,... more

The suite was lovely but not what the website said it would. We were both disappointed that there was no desk in our room as we are both business owners and had business to do during our stay. This hotel is located in the worst traffic location in the city. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a nightmare. Huge hotel, perfect for young adults as there are two lounges on site. There are two separate pool rooms, a confectionary store that closes at around 10 and what seemed like a buffet-style eatery (didn't give it a try).
