Arrivée à l'hôtel à 11h00 le soir et départ le matin à 8h00. La chambre était propre, bon matelas et pas de bruit. Nous avons bien dormi. C'était correct pour un soir.

The hotel should be a 1 start hotel

Not really a 3 start hotel. Not well maintained. Has holes in the walls, really old furniture, smells muggy, not clean. Corridors smells like smoking all the time. Says there is free cancellation but when asked they refused to cancel saying that the amount was prepaid. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Door was stuck had to get housekeeping who shoulder blocked it to open and they thought that was okay, and did not report it to maintenance. Bathtub did not drain properly. It has comfortable beds and the service is good. They can keep your luggage after you check out till your flight is due. The staff is helpful too. The pool however is really shallow. Just 1m and was dirty. Plus, the pool attendant had to go take his break so we were rushed out of the pool area. Overall, it's a decent place of you just need somewhere to sleep or rest.

Pet friendly

We chose this hotel because of its location and that they accept pets. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. However, overall, the hotel needs some tlc. Peeling wallpaper in the corridors, old carpets, etc.

Very Dissatisfied

We booked this hotel on hotwire, requiring only a clean room to sleep since we spend our time away doing tourist stuff. Due to the reviews on Tripadvisor we had very low expectations going in but didn't mind since we would spend very little time in the hotel. If all you need is a cheap room, close to the airport, then this is as good a place as any.

Stayed 4 nights.
First night I was there room had no towels. Later in the night the roof in the bathroom fell down to to leaking pipe. Gave us a new room. Also had no towels. Called twice did not bring them had to go to front desk.

Imagine this motel would be ideal if you are flying from the airport however it is not a good choice if you are a tourist visiting Montreal's tourist attractions. Good place to stay and park if flying out of Montreal Trudeau Airport

Enjoyed our stay - Great service

My wife and I stayed here on March 7th & 15th. Both our stays were very comfortable. We were hesitant with some of the reviews but we had no ploblems and would stay here next time. They shuttled us to and from the airport. Both nights we stayed there it was very quiet and we seldom saw or heard anyone.... plus

Excellent experince for the value paid at this travelodge on the aiport area! The food and service at the resto was great!! And the serivce of the hotel staff is improving from my previous stay. I had read bad reviews of this place and was wondering what to expect. I really enjoyed my stay there. No problem at all. Staff was very professional, rooms were clean and ready at our arrival. The lobby was impressive, front desk very efficient & helpful, decent restaurant/bar on premises. Breakfast was not included, but maybe for the price we paid we shouldn't have expected that. Nice hotel

We stayed here the night before our vacation. The rooms were clean, the employees at the Front desk were very friendly and helpful. You can leave your vehicle in the parking and take a shuttle to the airport which is great. The shuttle was on time and the drivers to and from the airport were friendly as well. Definitely recommend... plus

Stay over

Clean, basic, good sleep, quiet no ventilation or heating noises, good internet connection. Close to the airport, good for one night when rate is reduced, poor light for reading, Industrial park, no view.

Reservation not honoured

We booked a suite that was dog-friendly on Oct. 30 through the Radisson booking system. We were assured it was dog-friendly with no extra fees. Upon arriving on Nov. 14 we were told that the "new management" did not allow dogs in suites and there would be a $25 pet fee. The unsympathetic desk clerk had to call his manager... plus

I want my money back

This hotel owe me more than 45$. It has been more than a year. Worst Manager ever seen. Arter 2 times on the phone, I really thyought it was going back in my account, but I NEVER got the check. Fake promise.

Expensive, Outdated and Poor Amenities, Internet Horrible, Poor Heating

The sign outside is the only thing new in this hotel. For $100 a night at a business rate, I can't see any merit of staying here. The hallways have a old odor to them, the beds are hard and there is absolutely nothing around here (gas, food, restaurants). The radiator barely trickles on, and takes 2-3 hours to heat... plus

Not even for one night

We stayed there for one night and it was terrible. We had to walk a really long way to get to our room and when we got there, it wasn't worth the walk.
