We got a good deal, $25 a night but with parking it is $40.

Walking distance to everything.

The hotel was a 5 min walk to Clifton Hill. Paying 15 a night for parking on top of paying the for the hotel was a little silly. But we got a great view from our room of the city below. The rooms were great and the service was good. I read reviews about the hotel before booking it and there were some unhappy guests but I didn't expiriance anything unpleasent. It was a great overall trip.

We had 2 seniors in a group hotel was great , no problem with getting around the hotel with the 2 wheel chairs did not realise how steep the hills were to push wheel chairs, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Went we got to Niagara Falls ], we didn't need to drive anywhere. Everything was in walking distance. Be prepared to walk the hill, where all the activities are! Our only concern was the internet! Even though we voiced our concerns twice, it was still terrible! The staff was very willing to reboot it. But it was still very slow Otherwise all was good!

We visited this hotel, we were told parking and hot breakfast would be included. Turns out both are incorrect, so fine whatever, we get to the room and there is dirty towels in the bathroom.

This hotel is in a very good location for dining, Clifton Hill and both sets of falls. We were able to walk to the falls and then back to Clifton Hill amusements. The hotel was reasonably priced with pool, hot tub and sauna.

My stay was excellent. The hotel was clean and kept up to date. There were only 20 T.V. chanels including HBO and Disney. It was nice to watch American T.V instead of Canadian. Good deal for a big destination

I was able to find a good deal here for a one night stay. The hotel is conveniently located within a fifteen minute walk to the falls. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was good. We also had fun in their indoor and outdoor pools. The attached restaurant had a decent breakfast as an added expense.

Compared to the price this is a good hotel if you want to be in walking distance from Niagara Falls.

Service at front desk is good and the rooms was clean as expected. We didn't use the restaurant but the inside pool was ok for a on-day experience.

While the place is pretty run of the mill, it is clean, which is very important when sleeping somewhere that is not your home.

This hotel was not by Niagara Falls at all. It also was not within walking distance for this retired couple. The soda machine and the vending machine was broken.

This hotel is a good option for those looking to visit Niagara Falls on a budget. You can get a pretty decent room at a non-sketchy place for around $65/night USD plus parking of $9/night CAD. While you won't be able to view the Falls from the hotel, they are only about a 15 minute walk away.

Its a cold walk to the falls in winter

During the summer spring or fall this would be "within walking distance of the falls, however during the winter I would stay somewhere a little closer. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and modern. They could use ice machines on every floor instead of only in the lobby. Lots of restaurants near bye.
