Really need to go to the bathroom???!!?!!!? DO NOT GO TO TIM HORTONS.......you must have a receipt before you are allowed entry to the bathroom. I had a bathroom emergency today and they refused to let me use the bathroom until I bought a doughnut. The doughnut was my favourite a boston cream but it was friggen disgusting. Must have been a day old.... more
I came here a couple of days ago to meet a friend I hadn't seen in a long time.
First the good. My friend and I were scheduled to meet at about 4pm. I was going to be downtown from about noon because of my Mon. afternoon TM meeting which ends at 1:30pm. Being that that meeting is at the Citadel (fellow Edmontonians come out and join us) it didn't take long to get to the 101 St. location.

Make up your minds on the CLOSING TIME!! I expect to get coffee at 10:52pm do not make false publicity and claim to close at 11pm. It's frustrating to find the doors locked before 11pm. You made the coffee addictive so respect your feens please.
"I don't know I just work here" up in Canada and had to stop by Tim hortons for some breakfast which is always good...inked be their everything bagel sandwiches..they had a classic bagel combo for 5.49 and a specialty for 5.99....I asked what the difference was and they said one is more expensive!....I asked that's it why would anyone order the specialty and I got the classic.."I don't know I... more
I frequently pass through to grab a coffee on the way to work, and it's usually a fine experience. That being said, I've been argued with when I brought back a wrong order, been told I look like a man by staff, been yelled at by a homeless man to get out his country, and accosted by a very large man on my way out of the bathroom. Most of the problem here is location, you get a lot of crazies on... more
Not to impressed with the staff at this location. I stopped in for a bathroom break for my 2 year old and was turn away because I didn't have a receipt for my coffee, to prove I was a customer. I will say, I did not purchase my coffee at this location. But when have we become so in humane to not allow a 2 yr old a chance to use a bathroom? Really
My colleagues and I frequently come to this Tim Hortons because it is close to work. This location is always busy. In the morning there is an express line if you are only ordering beverages. This has been very useful since you do not have to wait long for your drinks.
There have been a couple of times we have ordered breakfast and we received someone else's order. But the staff were quick to...

This location is always busy being downtown and situated in Commerce Place. I was there on an early Sunday morning since nothing much is open around that area yet. It is walking distance from many hotels and office buildings and apartments. There's also parking along the street if you can find a parking meter and on Sunday, it's free.
Inside is a small seating area with tables and booths...

Always a busy place, no matter if first thing in the morning, lunch, or after work. It's great they have the fast beverage only line which would speed things up for those need a morning pick me up. I came close to noon to meet friends for lunch and there were a few tables available but none looked like they had been cleaned. We choose the only booth and got napkins to flick the crumbs from the... more
So this Tim Horton's location can get both very busy and very frustrating. For one this is an area of town where the foot traffic is such that the bathroom is very much made into a secure area where staff need to buzz you in. It isn't the nicest of bathrooms either. The crowd here doesn't often seem the most friendly but it depends on time of day. It is beside one of the busiest bus stops in... more
The service is deplorable, the staff is rude and the girl who served me didn't know how to do her job. Tonight, I came in to get a fair size portion of tidbits; it was a long shift at work so I thought I would come by and get a snack. when I got to the counter, the lady didn't greet me before I ordered. I let that slip and then placed my order. She then proceeded to start shovelling the... more
Woo hoo have not had Tim Hortons in literally four years since Vancouver. When in Canada, Tim Hortons is a must, right?? Glad I got to have it.
First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by how "affordable" the prices were. I guess I am used to seeing ridiculous prices at coffee places, both big corporations and mom and pop shops in California. So I ordered a small chocolate latte and 10 pieces...

Two days in Canada...two breakfasts at Tim Hortons. I'm hooked on the Vanilla Dipped and the Long Johns. Why don't we have these in Virginia. I've always wanted to try Tim's, and I'm kind of sorry that I finally did...I'M HOOKED!!!!!! Please, don't anybody try to find me a cure.
The line up is usually ridiculous but it passes very quickly. You'll never stand in that line up (even if its going out the door) for more than 5 minutes.
Take advantage of the expressed beverage lane if that's all your getting.
Their new chicken sandwich (which in my opinion is just like a chicken burger) is actually Devine. Pair that up with their new kettle chips, what a delicious fast...

This location looks great after they underwent renovations. Im always in and out in minutes, even when the line stretches to commerce place. Its clean and staff are friendly.
Glad that they brought this back it is an amazing sandwich. Thanks Tim Hortons. I have also tryed the new crispy chicken sandwich now I have to alternate between both.
For all those Tim Hortons fans out there, isn't there a specific Timmy's that you have a more than favorable experience?
Well I do and this one is one of my favorites. In my opinion, it doesn't get as much foot traffic as the other Timmy's on Jasper and 107 Street but this Timmy does have quick service.
Right around 8 AM is when this location gets slammed and one of the things that I'm glad...

The beef & cheese panini is not as it appears on ads. There is not much beef in it & it is flavorless.
There are so many Tims in Edmonton with massive line ups that you don't need a review to know: If there is anything wrong with it, people overlook it, because everyone lovesTims inspite of it!!
This locatin in the West Edmonton Mall has a nice seating area with a view of the mall.
Coffee is coffee, but I was genuinely impressed by their baked goods, sandwiches and soups.
Great place to grab a quick grub especially if you're on a budget.
This place gets super busy, but the staff seems to handle the line pretty well.
They seem to know how to power through them quickly just like any other Tim Horton's.
This location can get a little busy in the afternoon. Otherwise, it's a decent Tim Hortons.
Tim Horton's is a brilliant example of how marketing trumps quality. I've never been able to add anything to Tim Horton's coffee to make it even close to drinkable, and their food should come with the same warning labels as cigarette packs because it is pure poison. Canadians, you need to be ashamed that Canada is the origin of this toilet water.
No wonder Tim Hortons is something Canadians are proud of! Often called "Timmy's" this place offers coffee and coffee drinks, donuts, muffins, bagels, cookies, timbits (tiny round sweet pasties in a variety of flavors that cost something like $2 for a dozen),biscuits, croissants, cinnamon rolls and other kinds of baked sweets. If all the above mentioned sweet goodies don't suffice and you need... more
I am almost positive that Tim Horton's puts crack or some type of drug in their items, especially their coffee.
Every morning before work I would get a French Vanilla coffee. I was addicted. When I finally got over my habit I went through a withdrawal period.. it was tough.. life was sad.
Other than the coffee, the donuts and cookies are amazing, soft and come in a variety of flavours. They...

only for coffee subs are gross there just too hard of a bun!
I eat here because it's convenient. That is all.
Canada would just not be Canada without Tim Horton's. I am a huge fan of their coffee, doughnuts, sandwiches, and soup. It is a community-minded company with reasonable prices, excellent service, and a consistent product. No matter where you are in the city, you can usually from a Tim's somewhere nearby. Some of my favourites include the chili, chicken noodle soup, and turkey sandwich. I also... more
I'm a huge fan of Tim's. They are all over the place in Canada and I believe it is possible to drive the entire length of Canada and always eat at a Tim Hortons. I have been to several in 5 Canadian Provinces, the Yukon, and even West Virginia.
This Doughnuts and coffee chain also has a nice selection of sandwiches and soups. And if you eat in, you get china cups, plates, and bowls. Service is...
