Beautiful view

Stayed here for our anniversary. The staff were so friendly and gave many recommendations for local eateries which were also fantastic. Room was small but the nicest I have been in yet. Stayed in room 2909 and had a partial view of the falls which was more than I expected as I booked a city view.

Could be cleaner

The staff was very nice but the hotel could be a bit cleaner. My comforters had drool spots on them and the hallway needed a good vacuuming. The mattress was okay, but I personally prefer harder mattresses. The shower was really small.

Wonderful Staff!

We enjoyed our stay at the tower hotel. It was nice to stay at a smaller hotel and enjoy the very pleasant staff. While there we had an unfortunate incident of our car's window getting smashed and the hotel manager was very accommodating and took care of everything! Wonderful staff!

Most Comfy Bed Ever

Our wonderful room did not view the falls and was therefore very reasonable. It was quite luxurious. Great views of the town of Niagara. The lunar eclipse was completely visible from our bed! Since there was a refrigerator and microwave, we thought we'd make salads in our room. However, there was NO local grocery store in walking distance or on the WeGo line.

Quaint hotel with a boutique feel.

We visited on a last minute whim for Saturday night. Enjoyed the city view. We visited the Casino, Convention Centre and Marilyn's Restaurant. Could have done without the penthouse elevator ride. The rooms are small, the furniture is out dated, there were scuff marks all over the windowsills and bathtub, and the valets were slow. Once you get past those minor imperfections, it was great. Room was adequate, but view of falls was spectacular. Clean. A bit put off by valet-only parking option, but parking attendants were very helpful. WiFi was not dependable, but did I say that the view of the falls was spectacular?

I was pleasantly surprised to find that although the room was classed as a city view, we did actually have a great view of the American falls and fireworks. The whole weekend was great, staff very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the hotel and Niagara is a fun place to visit

Worst experience ever

I have stayed in many hotels, this is by far the worst. The staff was very nice, but the accommodations were horrible, at best. The room smelled the wifi was dropping consistently, I couldn't work or get anything done, the televisions are tiny and most channels didn't work. I would never stay here again.

It was a great location, right by the incline Railway to get down to the top of the falls. The room was comfortable, the bed was nice, and you could sleep with the window curtains open with a full view of the falls. The only thing I missed was there wasn't a coffee maker in the room to have in the morning while waking up and looking out of the window.

Recommended

Marilyn's Restaurant has the most outstanding view of both falls - the evening we dined there was a full moon shining over the water. The meal, service and view added up to a lovely evening. We could not fault our room - the bed was so comfortable and the facilities very clean. Nothing to fault from us.

Great experience at the hotel. Staff and facilities were clean and we'll kept. The TV only had 3 channels but that was OK cause we don't ugh TV anyway. The room big enough for couple . Fridge and microwave nice addition. The shower did have a few mold spots but overall not a problem. Bed was very comfy. The view was truly amazung, had to leave best for last.

We only stayed one night at the Tower but wished we were able to stay for one more night. This hotel has beautiful views. The room had plenty of space and was very comfortable. Televisions have been upgraded and there was plenty of water pressure despite what other reviewers have reported.

Great views of the falls are limited due to the design of the building. The Ikea style furniture and lack of amenities screams that this hotel needs a Major Make Over. I would recommend this hotel to someone who does not need many amenities. There are many things to do around the area however, the staff at the front desk was not very informative about how to go about booking different activities. This hotel wasn't awful....but I wouldn't consider it 4-star either. The room was terribly small. If you needed ice or something from the vending machine, you had to go 29 floors (literally) down to the lobby. There was no AC in the lobby. The location was good, the room was clean. The stay wasn't horrible, just not what we expected, so we likely won't stay there again.

Paid for fall view room and received a view of neighboring hotel instead approximately 75' away whose windows faced mine. If you book a fall view room make sure you don't have room 2803. Also room was a tiny triangle.

Excellent boutique hotel neat everything

Been to this hotel 5-6 times now. It's near everything - the falls, the casino, the main strip etc.

As in the title, it was my wife and I's Honeymoon. The staff, especially a gentleman named Dennis, was helpful and genuinely concerned with making our stay there perfect. My boyfriend booked our stay here last winter and we had a great view of the falls and our room was pretty good for the price. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was conveniently located and we were able to walk to a number of local attractions.

Stayed here for 2 nights recently.
Hotel Is iconic and stands out in a cluster of tall hotels overlooking the falls. We booked a view room and whilst small the view from the room is amazing and should be experienced.
Rooms could do with a bit of updating as could the corridors but overall not a bad stay.

Bad impression coming off the elevator. This is not the hotel to go to if your afraid of heights or don't like small spaces. We enjoyed this stay as part of our honey moon. It was a great location, and a great price. The hotel itself is quite unique and offers many great views. We ate a dinner at the restaurant as well, which was enjoyable with a view.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tower hotel. It's super close to the falls and restaruants. The staff is great The coffee shop was great for breakfast. The room is a bit small and the elevator is a bit complex to figure out (to get to the top floor), but I would recommend this hotel. It's ecclectic decor but a fun place to stay.

The view was extraordinary but that was the extent of it. Hats off to the staff as well since they went the extra mile help with bags, valet and explain things to do. The staff at the Tower Hotel was excellent and very helpful. The rooms were tiny, but clean and had wonderful views of the falls (as long as your room is facing that way). We originally booked a city-view room because it cost less, but since they were slow when we went they upgraded us to a falls-view room. This is perfect for couples, and close to a lot of restaurants, casino, and the falls.

I guess there may be finer hotels in the area. There may even be as good a views from those hotels. But I seriously wonder, and even then I doubt it for anything close to the price you pay for this hotel. For the price and view gotta give it 5 stars. This is a unique small hotel. The hotel is pretty much the top of the tower. We got a Fallsview room which was facing the American falls and a little view of the Horseshoe Falls. It's only a ride down and your actually at the Horseshoe Falls. The rooms are pretty small, but if you get a Fallsview room, it makes up for it.
