Terrible attitude, Terrible Service
October 06, 2013Just made the mistake of heading to The Leaf and Loaf for lunch. I had a groupon for $30 worth of food which I had purchased quite a while ago. We planned to eat here with a party of four. I seated my elderly mother in the food court and went to get some water for us. I asked for two small waters. The girl informed me that they do not give out water. You need to pay for water. I do not appreciate paying for water in a city that has perfect good tap water. That is poor service. June 03, 2013I love there guacamole/avocados the best and such a healthier food option for lunch compared to the others in a food court no salt no sugar no deepfried the service was great went far and above for what i wanted i think the ones complained before never worked in the food industry before so dont know how it is sometimes over worked & underpaid but i love that fiesta salad a great choice for... more

Worst service ever
November 09, 2012I love their food, but their employees are the worst I've ever encountered. The blondish/red haired guy is the worst. Terrible attitude and treats people like c@!p. I would go there often if it wasn't for him.

January 30, 2012I go here often for lunch. I like the food generally and they are one of the few places that offers brown rice in the area. However the service is not to be desired. The staff barely look at you and are not very friendly or welcoming. Good thing it's take out!

I Love this place
February 18, 2011I've been at this place several times and I just love it. I created my own salad and it was huge and really tasty. The Chile Chipotle dressing is really good. I also recomend the Lornas Salad is fantastic as well the Chicken Teriyaky Wrap, just awesome and huge compare with other places I've been. expect fresh healthy food
January 14, 2011Update: I've gone back to try two more items, the TCB and the LCC Burrito, both $6.99 each. Both items were much more flavourful than the curry chicken rice bowl. I really enjoyed the burritos here (comes in white or ww wraps). The TCB has brown rice, green onions, turkey, cheddar cheese, corn, smoked bacon and a honey dijon dressing.
