Located in the fast-changing warehouse area just north of the city center, Ivy's is a swank restaurant that design-wise manages to be industrial and warm at the same time. A stylized waterfall and fireplace take the chill off the dark and slightly formal dining room and bar, with the result that you feel you're welcomed into a very comfortable, stylish cave (you may need to ask for extra light... more
Great Atmosphere and the food is good.
Staff was friendly very helpful.
Gluten free items and a great chocolate flourless Gluten free dessert that tastes really good.
Close to downtown.
Food was mostly passable, some of it even excellent. Service atrocious. 90 minutes between ordering and receiving food. 3 hours now and still no dessert. Poor performance.
Waiter was very attentive and food was great. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
Great place to enjoy conversation and great food at the same time. Fine selection of food and beverages. Excellent service. Spent 4 hours drinking, eating and visiting. Relaxing.
I recently took out my staff to the Ivy, and we had a great experience. We were greeted with pleasant and humorous staff who were knowledgeable in their menu. The food was super delicious. Try the Moroccan Shrimp appetizer; we think the best appetizer in Saskatoon. The ambiance was fantastic for visiting with little traffic by our table to interrupt. We came early and were nearly the last... more
Second time there and attended with family members. The first time was great but the second time was equally as enjoyable (which is hard to do). The first experience was as a couple and thouroughly enjoyed as a couple night out and the second was with extended family in a group and all thought was excellent. Family members stated they would go back on their own (usual keg patrons) and enjoyed... more
We have been constantly impressed with the consistent quality of the menu items we had over the past couple of years. Even though we had a new server who was a bit nervous, he was friendly, attentive, and strived to do a great job. Overall, well done! My favourite was the lamb and the filet mignon. Salads were fresh with plenty of choices to pair with a good selections of wines.
We had the first part of a bachelorette party at The Ivy. As we had a group, they put us into a separate room, which was perfect for our needs. The waitress was excellent at making sure everyone had drinks and we happy with their meals. I had just wanted the bruschetta instead of a meal, but ran out of bread before finishing my bruschetta mix. The waitress gladly brought me a few more so I... more
Nice variety of appetizer and menu items and a very nice wine list. Prices are reasonable and the ambience is great. Also has a nice lounge if you just want a snack and a cocktail. Try the Osso Buco and the risotto. So good.
I try to go to a different restaurant everytime I come to the city and this is definitely one of my new favorites! The restaurant has great atmosphere and even better food service was on point as well! I will recommend this to anyone looking for a great fine dinning experience!
Went there with family. Took 2 kids under 3 yrs old. Lack of children chairs but the waiter was very patient. Praire bison was not my taste. too firm.
Our family have had several evening meals on special occasions over the years. We have found the staff to be attentive and personable. The ambiance is nice and it has usually be reasonably quiet on the visits which makes visiting easier. Overall we were haapy with our experience. My wife was disappointed with her pasta dish (quite oily) so unfortunately ate only a few bites the server offered... more
There were certain appetizers that need work. The main course was awesome! My friends and I had an excellent experience at The Ivy Dining & Lounge!
The food was okay (nothing outstanding, but worth it) and the service was awesome! Our waiter was very fun and we had a great time all together.
The service and food was great. We ended up staying 4 hours and visiting because the noise level was low and the atmosphere was relaxed.
Desserts were also delicious!
Our favourite go to place did not disappoint. Food was awesome, service great and the price was good!
We went on a Sunday night and sat around the fire in the lounge. We found out that they offer a Steak Sandwich and Beer Special on Sunday nights in the lounge at a great price. Food was good and service was good also.
The Ivy is one of Saskatoon's destinations for Fine Dining. When we walked in we were promptly greeted and sat in the dining area, which was quite lovely with décor that was classy modern.
Our waiter was quite knowledgeable and suggested a wine for us based on our personal preference. We ordered the Wild Boar & Scallops to start - the scallops were pan seared and juicy and went really well...

Love the atmosphere and the people. The service is great and the food has never been disappointing. It is suited for groups of 8 or more as we have used the rooms for more privacy. Love it
Good menu. The atmosphere is somewhere inbetween a private club lounge and the seemingly ubiquitous 'trendy' design fancied by the likes of Earl's and Moxie's. The decor is definitely a bit more complete then I have seen elsewhere in Saskatoon.
I had two appetizers, an arugula salad (very large, good value) and a plate of goat cheese with flatbread crisps. Both were prepared well and presented...

Really yummy food, their kahlua cheesecake is amazing. Plus they were great when my best friend magically needed them to find seating for 13 people with only 30min notice. They have the best sundried tomato risotto I've had to date (mind you, I haven't eaten dozens of risotto's)
I had a fantastic gluten-free meal (steak, Caesar salad, and mashed potatoes) and a delicious creme brûlée for dessert. I highly recommend this place as the staff is well educated on gluten-free diets.
