We've been going to Free Press for lunch for years. They staff is always friendly and we've come to know them all. It's nice when staff doesn't change much and you are able to get to know them. The service is always good and the food hot and yummy.

Wonderful food and very friendly service! The sandwiches and choice are excellent. Lots of variety for salads and larger entrees for dinner as well.

The staff are very cheery and helpful. They make the best tomato soup I have ever tasted. They are quick and I love going there for lunch.

The service is always fast, efficient, non-rushed, so you feel relaxed, which is great when you leave the chaos of the office. Every server we've had has always been on top of things. Awesome place for lunch

The service was very prompt, efficient, not rushed, our orders were right on. We had a group of 5, made a reservation through OpenTable, when we arrived, we were seated immediately, drink orders were taken right away and delivered shortly after, our food was ordered, took about 10-15 mins for the food, our drinks were kept topped up, it was overall an excellent experience!

Awesome Staff, Prompt Service

The staff at The Free Press Bistro were amazing, they were efficient, friendly and created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The food service was excellent, our food was delivered within 15 minutes of ordering, during the peak lunch hour! Drinks were kept topped up, I would definitely go there again.

Just yesterday I went to the Free Press Bistro with my family. All of us enjoyed our meals very much! Delicious lasagna, fries, and Italian salads. I had to rate this restaurant five stars because of their friendly staff, delicious food, and quick service. This is a restaurant that everyone must go to!

This restaurant is incredible the best food I ever tasted! Everything on the menu is incredible and amazing but if I had to choose 1 item off the menu I would habe to choose the cuban. This amazing cuban sandwich is bursting with flavor and is the best I have ever tasted!!!

I have been there for lunch with colleagues and it was enjoyable experience. Food was delicious and the portions were large. Service was quick and friendly, waiter made sure things were always fine. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxed.

I walked in and the carpets were absolutely filthy at the end of June, someone could hire a company to clean them.
I ordered the salmon and it was so dry, almost like it was from the day before.
The only way I would recommend this restaurant is if you don't care about quality.

Shabby, tacky, beware extra charges

This place would be good if the paninis were about $8 and not the $13 they typically charge. The decor is 1980s Howard Johnson. Service is indifferent if not rude. Unbelievably, if you ask for something like extra mustard, you will get about a teaspoon in a cup and $2 added to your bill: an unbelievably tacky practice.
