Beds were ok, weren't expecting much. Disappointed in all the rust in the bathtub (didnt feel right bathing our babies in there) pool area was in poor condition with stains on the deck area and unfinished repairs to the hot tub. We felt the building was too new to be that worn out. Staff was very friendly and continental breakfast was nice. Overall not clean enough for babies.

Our girls enjoyed the water slide & hot tub. We found the shower water pressure was poor. The elevator was slow. Otherwise our room was fine. Continental Breakfast was all right. It would have been nicer to have scrambled eggs too!

Good, Clean Hotel in Edmonton

Overall a very nice hotel located nicely with access to all major thoroughfares allowing you to easily navigate the city. The suite style room we had was excellent for small children as the separate living room / bedroom was perfect. The kitchenette with microwave and fridge was very useful for leftovers and small meals.

Superb staff and family atmosphere

We visited Edmonton during sad circumstances to help a dying relative. The clean comfortable rooms, great pool-waterslide area, but most of all the kind congenial staff brightened our 6-day stay and made us feel like family. We missed them after we left and plan to come again.

We had a pet-friendly room on the 1st floor which was a good size and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Location is in a commercial area & lots of restaurants & stores nearby. However it was quiet at night despite being fairly busy when we stayed.

Hot tub was dirty for 2 days! The second floor had a bad odor when u stepped of the elevator. The stairwell smelled like stale smoke.
When I booked omline they classed it with HI...the only thing in common is the comfy beds. For $60 more I should have stayed with our usual!

Great swimming pool

Loved that the pool was open late enough at night and early enough in the morning that we got to use it twice. Loved the waterslide. Room was comfortable, very comfortable pillows. Starting to show its age

I've been staying in this hotel for 8 years and it is now starting to show its age with things like missing trim, rust near the hot tub and pool, etc.. but the price is not reflecting this condition.

We came down for a pediatric dentist appointment and picked this hotel because they gave us a medical rate! Very friendly staff. They gave us an early check in and a late check out. Parts if the hotel could use some TLC, but was quite pleased with our stay. Our kids loved the pool and waterside.

Our bedspread had gross small stains I can only guess what they were. When I called down for a new one she said I had to come get it-didn't bother as we all in our pajamas already. Carpet was very dirty, hallways were dingy. Was hair in the shower-not ours.
