Shows are always top notch, excellent selections at the buffet. My only concern is since we have season tickets for the sunday brunch performance there isn't much change in the menu from performance to performance. Just saw Fox on the Fairway and it was hilarious. Definitely give it a chance especially any of the musicals.

Don't be fooled by the exterior of the building. It doesn't look like much from the outside, inside is quite spacious and welcoming. Good show to watch. Food selection was good. The prices for drinks are way to high. Had a discount, and went on a weekday, and it was sold out. Would recommend this show.

This place has definitely gone down hill from what it used to be.

I have been to the same theatre company in Mississauga and this is comparable. Very good buffet. Light entertaining musical and good seating. The parking lot is somewhat inadequate so plan to go early to get a spot

Not so Much

The food and the service was excellent. We were a table of 8.
We saw the show "I love you cause. The actors and actresses were good, however the show seemed to go on forever. Some funny parts, most were dry and lengthy.

An enjoyable evening out

The venue is clean and well laid out. The food was excellent and servers great. The one down side was the chef slicing the roast beef who was somewhat rude when asked what about an item on the tray. The show "I Love You 'cause" was a good enjoyable musical comedy.

A great night out anytime

We attended the "Uptown Country Girls" show on Sunday night on our one night in Calgary. We were really pleasantly surprised at the quality and talent of the show's performers. Saw Chicago here and it was a weird vibe. The production was excellent. Given a limited stage they managed to pull off a production that punches above its weight. I just kind of felt weird here. My wife and I saw "Two Hit Wonders" -- the show was entertaining for me because it covered popular music from the latter half of the 20th century, which was a formative time for me. Overall, Stage West has offered the best dinner theatre experiences I've had in Calgary. The evening and weekend tickets are pricy but the food is excellent and they do bring in veteran actors. The most recent production I saw was very adult and not a musical, which was a nice change.

The buffet here is great! I am a bit of a food snob and generally do not enjoy buffets, but this changed my opinion! Great food and lots of choice. Nothing is left out too long and they rotate the dishes even when not yet empty.

Visited many times, the shows are always worth see, the food is either really good or not so much. Not somewhere you would go expecting a great menu, mainly something to eat at the time.
