We got a deal to stay here before a flight- it was a great deal because you could park there the entire time you are away. Also the queen suite is "sweet" when you have a baby to sleep in the other room. Also the pool is a nice plus.
I stayed in this hotel for one night and the experience I had was terrible. I came late so I slept late and morning the drill sound wake me up. If you have construction going on you should inform during check in. The wifi does not work. The front desk staff who was saying he is manager is worst manager... more
Got a good deal here for Wagjag to park our cars during a recent flight from Toronto to our vacation spot. Rooms were large and service was good, but the beds....hard as stone. Made it difficult for us to give this hotel a higher rating.
After another dreadful day of travelling with Air Canada, we were placed in this hotel for the night, we checked in at around midnight where the staff gave us an upgrade as the Airline had placed us in a room for two people when there was actually four of us. The staff we encountered were friendly with a special shoutout... more
After being referred here from many of our family members bragging about how good it was. We left unsure if we will be returning to our next reservations.
We had a queen suite room. Amazing because all 6 of us could fit in it (2 adults and 4 children aged 8,5,4 and 7 months.
There was a small fridge (and...

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years when it was Stage West - a family favourite because of the large suite style rooms and the water slide; Got a good deal with wag jag so decided to try it again. The rooms looked exactly as our last visit. Found everything clean and comfortable. We noticed that... more
good price with Groupon. Covered parking was under construction so we were told to just find a spot wherever. Room was fine. We left early and the breakfast wasn't open so can't comment on that. Shuttle to the airport was no problem. Upon our return, called then waited in the correct area. Called again after 30 minutes. Called again and... more
I always like to start off with what was best.
We had a room with 2 queen beds. Our room featured a sitting area off the sleeping area with couch, chair, fridge, microwave and a second TV. It appeared that our bathroom had been remodeled and featured a large walk-in shower with glass panel and no door and oversized rainfall...

You can't beat the $79.00 price for this hotel with 2 weeks covered parking. The room was large with a separate bedroom. WiFi was SoSo. Shuttle at 6:30am to the airport was fine. This is were the good news ends. Upon our return we called the hotel and were told the shuttle would be 10 to 20 minutes. After 30... more
My experience in this hotel was okay, the first room we were given had no fridge, microwave or ac. We complained to the manager and switched us to another room, could have been a better stay.
We have stayed here several times. I know it can't always be perfect, so I hope that someone from there reads this.I have enjoyed impeccable service from staff above and beyond. This visit was lacking from the change in their shuttle service, as well as the little things. Usually no problem with getting working appliances. Coffeemaker out, microwave not available, extra towels seemed a hassel.... more
The hotel was great and I would go again. Close to the Airport, room was clean and very comfortable. My only problem was with the shuttle service. When I returned from my vacation I called for the shuttle, was told 15 - 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I called again was told the shuttle had been there and there would be one there in 5 - 10 minutes. I told them I had not seen the shuttle, confirmed... more
Stayed on a forced, last minute layover. We waited over an hour for the shuttle then paid $34 Canadian dollars for a cab.
The room smelled of chemical air freshener, but was reasonably clean. Bathroom was renovated + sparkling. Hot, hot room- no operable windows; air conditioner not working. Reception staff courteous but a mouse ran across lobby floor while registering....

A cancelled flight had me in this hotel courtesy of air canada. After an hours wait for the shuttle bus (small shuttle but a plane full of people) everyone had fun trying to take photos of the mouse scurrying around the lobby. Although they didn't have the room we had originally booked via bookings.com they were able to accommodate us with a slight upgrade for the same great price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. Excellent value. Due to construction, some of the services were unavailable (i.e. swimming pool, gift shop). This did not impact our stay too much. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.
This hotel was a very nice surprize the rooms have then own living room. The bed are really comfortable and i found the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hotel during a weekend for a wedding. It was just an average experience. The beds were comfortable and bathroom decent but wifi connection is spotty. We booked a night at the SW hotel, which included parking & shuttle. We stayed here about two weeks ago before flying out the next morning. I was hesitant of reviews but decided it was a good deal and we would take advantage of it. I stayed at this hotel as it was cheaper to get a room here and park, than it was for park and fly. As I had a flight the next day I booked the shuttle right at check in. The front desk clerk asked when my flight was and I told him and he booked me for a 1030 am... more
On the advice of our travel agent though I was very hesitant, we stayed here. We were both pleasantly surprised. Our suite ( which we were not expecting) was comfortable and very clean. I recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. It's an all-suites hotel which gave the room the feel of home rather than the impersonal. Lot's of parking and actual running elevators!. Seriously some hotels don't have enough elevators and often leave you waiting for 5-10 minutes while the 1 out of 2 elevators slowly works it way up and down. That's not the case here. There were large groups in over... more
We choose this hotel for our quick stay as it advertises a beautiful water slide and pool. We booked this hotel for a recent dance comp so the girls could use the heavily advertised slide!! Check in Friday and read that the slide wasn't open until 5. I would guess that SW recently purchased this hotel from another chain given the renovations and the paper sign out front. First we drove by because there was no sign easily seen. This place is brutal checked in for a hockey tournament requested a joining room when we booked given the 2 room numbers we would have get to the hotel and find out they don't have joining rooms for king bed rooms. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was lovely having the extra sitting room space and the bar fridge. Spent the night prior to an early morning flight. The SW Hotel suited us just fine. It was clean, staff were friendly, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We booked and got a one bedroom suite. It was on the small side, but adequate for what we needed. I would stay here again (we are actually, on our return flight)
We had to stay at this hotel on our trip as our airline missed our connection. It is a good distance away (15-20 minutes), so also inconvenient.
The room itself was dated, with noisy traffic, sandpaper bed sheets and peeling paint on the walls. The room had no hairdryer and we requested one TWICE, but still did not get one....

Fantastic stay. Was very pleased with the service and ammenities in the hotel. Highly recommended.
Unique Quality: Though it has a small indoor pool, the main attraction is a gigantic water slide that leads down to the pool...which would be fantastic for kids. They also have a great breakfast buffet and free wireless internet in all rooms.
This hotel is offering a great value service for those who need a hotel room prior to / or after a flight from Pearson International. The service was very good. The drivers very prompt, polite and helpful. The front desk was efficient. The suite type room was very comfortable.
It's not super close to the airport but the staff were great at dropping off and picking us up from the airport and was less trouble than airport parking.
The rooms are spacious - although we were only there for a few hours - LOTS of room to park your car - they have a parking garage - so didn't...

This hotel can't handle the business it's getting. They offer a free shuttle from the airport, but the demand for shuttle service far outweighs the availability.

Truly, the dirtiest room I have stayed in.
Upon entering the room and doing a quick check of the accommodation; in the washroom I found hairs in the bathtub, washroom walls were filthy, the tissue dispenser full of grime, and the best part was the long black hairs folded in the washcloth!

Hotel is dated and needs an update, however the rooms are large and comfortable. 2 flat screen
TV's and comfortable seating was nice. The beds were very comfortable and the linens top drawer. Don't expect hotel services for a while as they are in transition. Great rate and friendly staff made up for everything!!
This hotel just changed ownership and is undergoing revonvation. I get that means you've got to cut some slack however there are a few things that simply should not be

Booked this hotel for proximity to airport, price and because of the waterslide for children. Lobby looks nice, but overall hotel is run down and in need of updating. Waterslide run down and rusty. Parking is extremely tight for the full-sized pickup truck we use for business.
Suite for price of a room is a great deal. Nice restaurant.... little bit dated but I like that and it was very comfortable.
The water slide. We will be making business trips to the Toronto area
just to use your water slide. The food is good and reasonably priced at
your hotel, as well. We loved our first stay there. We also appreciated
the free wifi.

Can't really think of anything. We brought a full-sized Chevy truck,

STAY AWAY from this place. It's the MOST uncomfortable stay of my life, never in North America have I been to such a c@!%!y hotel. OK Hotel. Not great. I've been to worse. Fire Alarm went off 3 times the night I stayed there. Didn't finally get to sleep until 3 AM. They did comp the room for me though. Would have been good value except for the alarms.
