It's been a very positive experience for us as a family since our two children started training at the Sirota's Alchymy in 2006. They are both teenagers now and I like the physical and social development I see in them. Sirota's Alchemy provides students with real life skills that build confidence, strength and focus. They are particularly good with special needs children. The Alchymy has two separate training areas, including regular training mats, Tatami mats, and a circuit training area. Instructor-to-student ratio is very high. The staff is very friendly and professional, and ensure that students obtain a concrete framework in the two martial arts taught, taekwondo and hapkido. Programs are available for children ages 4 and up, as well as adults and seniors.... more
