In case some of you are naive and think there's a "cheap" place to eat, this is Niagara Falls! Everything is pricey! Expect to spend a minimum of $50 on 2 entrees. That doesn't include drinks of ANY kind (soda, beer, wine, etc.).
I had the fish and chips and the wife had a chicken pasta dish of some kind. Our meals came out in about 15-20mins. Food was average. Nothing to write home about but...

Went with a party of 7. When we entered, i couldn't find a single server. Had a bad feeling about the service BUT great service by Patrick.
NY Steak was good...esp for a sports bar. Chicken asiago was yummy. Stir fry was ok. Burger was amazing. Kids meal was nice too.
Decent drink menu. Overall, a nice experience.
One of the meals came with two blond hairs! The waitresses don't pull their hair up and it just falls on the food. Service was slow and it was a weekday. My daughter liked the chicken wings and that's why I'm giving it two stars.
We ate here during our trip to Niagara Falls during August, 2015. They basically serve Pub Food, which you would expect from a Sports Bar & Grill. The atmosphere was nice with several TV's for watching the game. My family of five consisted of 3 adults and two children. My wife and I each had a drink and our three children had soda. The total bill was $123 for below average food and that's with... more
Ordered the steak plate, received a slab of beef that was rubbery and overcooked in a microwave. It was obvious the steak was taken out of a freezer and stuck in a microwave to be thawed then slapped on a plate - grossest steak I ever had (if you could even call it steak)!
Veggies that came on the side were also directly from the freezer because they were dry and had freezer burn.
Worst part...

Service was slow
Girl friend ordered a Perrier glass was dirty and water taste like beer
When food finally came out it was warm and over cooked. I do not recommend this location
Average food with poor service. Make sure you eat before you get there--by the time you get your food, it'll be time for your next meal.
Good cheese dip with the flat breads. The mixed drinks are ok. My vodka with oj was kinds weak. We liked the booth with TV so we can watch World Cup soccer. Ordered the wings.
We were looking for a place to watch the NBA Finals. Server was friendly but slow. Drinks were not very good. Hurricane did not resemble a true Hurricane in any way-tasted like it was made with a peach liquor. Buffalo Chicken flatbread had chicken that was hard as a rock. Space was OK but not particularly inviting. Do not recommend.
Unfortunately we found this place on our last night because this was the best food we had during our stay in Niagara Falls. After eating several meals at overpriced chain restaurants with disgusting food it was a relief to find Shoeless Joe's! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. My husband had a burger that he could not stop talking about. I had an entree salad topped with grilled... more
Service here is great. With 2 levels.
If you are a smoker, go downstairs.... easier access.
During the wknds, its a bit lould with the music pumping away on the other side of the resort. This is only the case if you are on the lower level.... where the bar is.
I feel bad for the waiters & waitress who has to carry the drinks to the diners upstairs. Its a good set of stairs.
Food... pub...

Meagan was the best bartender and provided great company. I would highly recommend going and asking for her. I am from pittsburgh and will make sure I stop in next time I am in the falls just to see her.
Nice place, open late for our arrival after an 8 hour drive. Waitstaff was friendly enough and helped us navigate the U.S. To Canada currency exchange. Better than an Applebee's but definitely nothing to write home about.
This place was pretty decent. Didn't walk away with any lingering feelings of amazement. Ordered the Lumberjack Burger with a veggie patty. Burger was good, although when bbq is listed as one of the ingredients, you are kinda expecting a slight messy burger with lots of BBQ sauce. That was not the case. Burger had a thin swipe of sauce which was baked into the patty. Waitress was friendly and... more
The food was very good. My margarita tasted like freshly squeezed pineapple and lemon juice. That's nice but......where's the alcohol?
The service is deplorable. It's the only bad experience I had while in Niagara Falls. It started the moment we walked in. Two waitresses were whining about whose table was whose. They were standing right in front of us and didn't say a word.
Our waiter wasn't...

I didn't not like this place at all. First, as a sports bar, it has tiny TVs and poor views. Second, the table was very small and uncomfortable for our group of 5 even though there was nobody else there. Next the waitress went through the menu and told us the things that we "not good" and the things that were "not too bad". It took three requests before we got to a beer they weren't sold out... more
Food was cold and way overpriced, the waitress was nice though. Definitely would not recommend.
Waited one hour for our meal and it was horrible food. Overpriced and the drinks were watered down. Never go there again.
Almost empty on a Sunday night. Makes it hard to understand the slow service. Two other customers had to ask for someone to take their money so they could leave.
Ordered some ribs, they were tasty. Beer is always good. Bartender was nice, but would disappear often. Took a while to return which caused us to miss the fireworks over the Falls... thanks!
We just entered this restaurant looking for a decent lunch during our stay at the Fallsview Casino Resort. There was no host to greet us. After about 5 minutes of waiting around at the front area, we took the liberty of roaming around the dining area. We observed only 1 waitstaff working the tables. At that point, we just figured they were shorthanded and left.
Pretty much our only lame experience while on our wonderful vacation to Niagara Falls. No one seated us for a long time. The table we were seated at was not the cleanest. Service was a bit on the slow side. We ordered the five cheese dip, the chicken sliders, and the waffle tower dessert. All were fine, none were memorable. I did love the tvs playing all of the sports at each table. I probably... more
Their service was awful. We walked in and stood around. There was no hostess. The bartender told us to sit somewhere, so we did. The bartender eventually became our server (while she was still bartending), therefore, we were not checked on like we should have been. On the bright side, we did enjoy our food. This restaurant is one of the more reasonably priced places compared to its surrounding... more
First bad sign was there was no wait unlike margaritaville across the street. Once in I was in the restaurant I had to find a hostess in order to be seated. Once seated a waitress came right over giving us no time to even look at the menu and when asked for some time that is exactly what we received. Once she finally came back to take our we each ordered a cocktail which were good and the app... more
Not even going to give this a star rating because the service was so terrible. My husband and I were undecided for supper, we stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to eat there. It took forever for anyone to wait on us, once our waitress came it again took forever for our drinks to come. We ordered our food eventually(when our waitress came around); I requested a side salad, which never... more
I will not go back and I will not recommend it to anyone.
My boyfriend and I spent the weekend in Niagara and decided this would be a good place for dinner considering it was attached to the prestigious Fallsview Casino.
After we were seated no one approached us for 30 minutes and the waitress in our table zone saw us and walked away. Finally we flagged her down and asked for menus and...

The worst poutine I ever had. The Rickard's white was being served warm; so I switched to red which was a little better but still not cold.
When we got there, I wanted to sit at the bar. They said there wasn't any room available but they had TVs in their booths. Sounded like a great idea but once we saw the TVs we realized watching the games on our phones would be better. The TVs were very...

Our server was MIA for the majority of our time there, food was served cold (steak and mushroom pie), and the sandwich (chicken club) was served all dried out and crusty from sitting under the heat lamps prior to delivery to our table. Cold food was re-cooked and served correctly but missing ingredients (mushrooms) that came with the meal, kinda a vital part of it, seen as how they were on the... more
While visiting Niagara Falls, my family became hungry for lunch and headed towards the main commercial strip to find someplace to eat. Shoeless Joe's is one of the first restaurants we came across. In retrospect, I wish we had kept walking. We walked in at the bar level, where a waitress rudely told us that the dining room was upstairs. When we entered the dining room, the hostess desk was... more
Pros: we were seated quickly, our server was very friendly & accommodating, portion options on some dishes, outdoor kid-friendly seating, veggie burger available to sub in any of their burgers, everything was tasty & served fairly quickly.
Cons: no crayons for the kids menus, coleslaw was a bit runny/odd tasting.
The food was good and our waitress was attentive but and not overbearing. My complaint about this place is that they charge for EACH condiment (other than ketchup) for dipping fries, ribs etc... We were not told this by the waitress so when the bill arrived we were charged $1.49 for a BBQ sauce for my husband's ribs and $1.49 for a ranch dressing I wanted to use for my sweet potato fries... more
fish and chips was good, service was as good as anywhere in Niagara. Met expectations for easy, care-free dining
Average tourist restaurant. Food was good, service was average at best. Tab was $57 for two adults and a kid. Felt more like a $45 dinner.
Great service. Bryanne behind the bar took care or us. She did a great job, gave some good recommendations. The food was decent. And, the bar had the Ohio State game on (in Canada). Perfect!!
Beer's good. Prices were atrocious, for the product delivered. Cold and dry Bruschetta, and Nachos (sharing size) were tiny and no cheese, spoon of chili, a bucket of salsa dumped over it to hide that they were old. the White beer was good.
2 Draft, Bruschetta, and Nachos. 60.00. gross.
But wait... it gets better.
The service was awful!
We were rushed through our food, and had the bill when we...

Stopped in for a late night drink and munchies. The potato skins and flatbread pizza were outrageously good.
I ended up in Niagara Falls as a result of a spur of the moment trip so I didn't do a whole lot of research ahead of time. So around dinner time I whipped out my Yelp app to try to find somewhere decent to eat. I desperately did not want to eat at a chain restaurant, and I also didn't want to spend a lot of money. And I think basically in Niagara Falls, those are your only options: chain or... more
It was your pretty average sports bar type restaurant, but the food was above average over someplace like Applebee's. We stopped in for a late lunch and were immediately seated. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us a few times.
I got the buffalo sandwich, which was pretty good. The fries were average though. The booths felt pretty private and they had a tv for personal viewing, which...

Went in around 4 with 5 others. very few patrons, so we were shooters with service (by Canadian standards). Having soccer on a number of TVs was great. Draft beer selection is limited but served cold. Food was above average compared to similar restaurants. Very convenient location. I will definitely visit again when in Niagara.
Good food, open late (til 2AM on week end) and nice waitresses.
One or 2 original items on the menu. Meat tastes good in burgers or spring roll burgers. Cocktails are OK and served in quite generous amounts.
Definitively not a wooaaa, but a convenient, recommendable place for late dinner or brunch around there.
Nice restaurant for a large group lunch, inside the casino and at the end of a corridor next to a kid's toy shop. Had Montreal smoked pork sandwich and reuben, which was fine, not spectactular.
Stopped in here for lunch and for late night drinks. I really enjoyed this place. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good.
It is definitely a sports bar. The booths are very high and comfortable, giving you a private feel. Each one has a TV inside and there are something like 6 TV's up at the front with all different sports on.
We got the pizza and calamari for lunch. Both were...

I don't have anything to seriously complain about nor do I have anything to rave about either.
Decent food, service was decent too. Booths have TVs in them with some sports game or another on them.

It seems that most places in the Niagara Falls area have a very slow moving staff. This place is not any different. It takes a while for them to greet you, to take your order, to get your food, and so on and so on. Like I said, since that type of service seems to be pretty normal around that area, I decided to not knock off a star on rating.
This would have been a total five star for them if...
