I was here at Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel overnight during one of my layover in YVR.

The hotel though is dated but it is quite convenient if you just here for a short time and want to explore the Richmond area. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants if you are into Chinese/Asian food.

Very old and dated this is my second time staying here. We got an upgrade to junior suite. The room was bigger but the furniture is too little to fill up the space. I think it is time to update the decorations. Service is good. The elite room with appetizer was good

Had a nice stay here, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Convenient shuttle from the airport and a quick5 make note walk to the sky train station. Sky train about 30 minutes to waterfront from here.

Stay out of the gift shop. 2.45 for a pack of gum. What a rip off. It should be an indication when there are big signs up no refunds or exchange.

I always have an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the location is close to many popular restaurants, and the customer service is amazing! While all the staff has been helpful, Andrea - who checked us in - was beyond accommodating and friendly! I highly recommend this hotel.

Landed at 9 pm and had the best shuttle driver EVER, Mike C. Definitely the friendly Canadian attitude. He brought our bags in and made sure we stayed warm inside. Hotel is very comfortable, rooms clean. A great place to stop over while we wait for our connecting flight in the morning.

Vancouver is probably one of the most expensive cities in North America, and hotel prices definitely reflect that trend as well. Therefore finding a decent hotel at a great price and close to the city is hard to do. I've been here a handful of times over the years, to visit friends, or to use their conference rooms.

Parking is available in the nice large lots around the building, as well as the parkade shared with the Marriott next door.

While the facilities are usually adequate, sometimes the place can turn into a war zone. Larger events are best held elsewhere.

This was a bit of a weird experience, to be honest... I was expecting something a bit bland, being so close to the airport, but when Boyfriend told me he had a room here for a conference I still jumped at the chance to hang out in a different part of town (and oh god did I ever take advantage of the amazing food within walking distance!!)

This hotel is in the perfect location of everywhere we usually go. It's literally across the street from the Richmond Centre, down the street from Shanghai River and Kirin restaurant, and literally next to the Hilton and Marriott.

I was treated horribly by the lady in the gift shop. I have never been treated this rudely before and she had a smile on her face the whole time, as though she was really enjoying being awful to me.
The staff at the Sheraton and Harold's are great but I would recommend avoiding the gift shop unless you like being treated like a piece of garbage.

Well appointed and very comfortable

GOOD: the exercise facilities are the best I've seen in Canada and it's close to some good shopping. BAD: the rooms are mediocre at best and they could use some updating. UGLY: the place is a brutal maze and it's hard to find your room. Seriously, the layout of the hotel is very annoying.

End of the runway!!!

I was given a handicapped room on the main floor, next to the mechanical room. Every hour or so, a loud whine would sound from the mech room. Also, the heating system which I set to auto would start and it sounded like an airplane taking off!!! I finally had to shut the heating system off.

An underwhelming Sheraton hotel stay.

I stayed here as a pit stop on my way to Whistler. It was located close to the airport and provided shuttle service to/from the airport that we needed.

Excellent hotel with great access to the airport

Great service and facilities!! Dinner at Harold's was a great experience with quality food and service, plus relaxing atmosphere! No need to explore outside at all! The fitness center was just the place to work off those extra calories in a comfortable environment. All in all EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

Nice hotel close to airport

Nice hotel. Good breakfast buffet. A bit too far from downtown considering the heavy traffic on Vancouver roads in the weekend. Clean and comfortable room. Smelled cigarette smoke in top floor hallway though, even if it's supposed to be smoke free.

Some of the hardware in the hotel needs to be updated such as the in-room AC unit. It was really noisy when it kicked in and got real cold. (already turn to low fan)

Vancouver hotels can be pricey... especially if you're looking to stay downtown. So, for this reason, I decided to stay within my budget and book a hotel at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel, rather than spend more $$ and be downtown. As a result, I've got three words for you: Not Worth It.

We stayed in this hotel for only one night, between flights, and enjoyed it a lot. Room was large and very comfortable, the king-size bed felt great, everything was clean and well maintained. WiFi worked great. Staff was very friendly. Excellent Chinese restaurant nearby!

Helpful concierge

Props to the concierge for getting everything I needed for my departure, especially Alyas who got me scissors and packing tape to wrap my newly-purchased skimboard in bubble wrap and cardboard (don't ask for bubble wrap or cardboard I brought that myself :p). what a splendid surprise to find a courtyard oasis with an outdoor pool, hot tub and patio service!

I stay here often for business - 25-30 nights per year. The rooms are fine, fitness facilities better, and staff some of the best. Solid hotel close to the airport

Very clean and solid place to stay. 10 min shuttle to the airport which is always on-time. Receptionist Andrea was very helpful. Water bottles in the room are free. Beds are new. Showers have little water pressure. However, can fully recommend it.

Stayed here twice now, nice location great staff and room. The only faults I have is the charge for parking and internet (yes I consider this one a gouge). I might try a few others i the area, but staying here is a great option

Piece of Heaven

We were warmly greeted at the front door. My membership had lapsed and they were able to update me so that my internet charges were reversed. The front desk was very helpful with finding a nice place to eat and even suggested that it was walking distance. You can tell that they have received training in dealing with customers. Easy access to attraction areas

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable. We enjoy our stay and would recommend to our friends. The only downfall was the extra charges for parking!

Over priced

I didn't feel I got good value for the price. The bathroom was nice but the room was nothing special although we were told we had been up graded. Carpet in the room should have been replaced years ago.

Our room was very clean and the front desk was very pleasant and helpful upon check in. We were unable to take advantage of the video checkout as it wasn't working. All in all, very satisfied with our stay.

Comfortable hotel in very convenient location to all things Chinese. Has in room WiFi charge unless you are SPG (Sheraton Preferred Guest) member. $19 a day parking seems high for this area in general.
