I would give no stars if I could. IF your okay with being told that everything you pick up is too small for you or to expensive for you than this is the place for you. I saw a bag I wanted and asked the lady at the counter (the owner) to see it/authenticate it because even though it was nice, there were some signs that it wasn't authentic. Her answer was, "Sorry, not selling it".

I then asked to see another bag and her answer was "It's $3000" and then proceeded to ignore me. Seriously?

Absolutely despicable customer service - don't come here unless you are a white woman of at least 50 years of age. I came here looking for dress pants since I was in the area (I split mine at the bum earlier this week and needed some pants ASAP). I wanted to get high end on consignment, however, the prices were almost the same as buying it new only someone has worn them before. I was a little insulted and went elsewhere. Customer service was lacking, however, they really need to re-think their price mark.

This store, like it's competitor close by, charges way over the odds for outdated secondhand clothes. Once again, there are a few, seriously overpriced, designer labels and once again, the staff are not friendly or helpful. This is a much smaller store, but otherwise very similar. Not worth the trip or the time to visit.

This store is a joke compared to turnabout. The prices are comparable to brand new items. You're definitely not saving any money here. I was eyeing a pair of boots from turnabout but was sold to some lucky gal... We'll, months later it appeared at this store with 15% more markup from the original price.

I wandered into the shop mistaking it for Turnabout (much better) and found a cute white Burberry coat with some slight stains. Was on the fence when she gave me a "deal," but then added "taxes" to the total. Got home, checked the buttons- it's a fake. Don't waste your money or your time, this lady is scamming you.

This store can be hit or miss. It is almost all high-end designer with the prices to match. It is definitely one of the more expensive consignments stores in Vancouver, but you can still get great items at a reasonable price. One of my favourite things ever, is from this store.

Second Look is an amazing consignment store with quality items. All the clothes are in fabulous condition, which is more than I can say about Turnabout, the consignment store just a few doors down Granville. The owner has excellent taste, and she is willing to go down on some prices. Most of the items are far, far less than retail, and she has some good designer labels here. I have had so many... more

I had a horrible experience at this store. Designer stuffs are over priced and the owner is very rude. I asked to take a look at one of the purses, she told me that if I don't buy it, I'd better don't touch it. I felt shocked the way she treats customers.

If you're into high-end business wear or ritzy evening wear (but would rather not break the bank by buying brand new), you'll want to check out Second Look - a local consignment shop for women.

Note of caution though - this'll only appeal to you if you like riffling through racks and racks of clothing (yes, I know it's the standard set-up, but I don't have to like it!). The space is also a bit... more

Quality designer second hand clothing, but far too expensive. $80 for a Wolford's tank top? I am aware of how much it would cost were it new... but it was not. Owner unfriendly, but reluctantly willing to haggle over prices of a few items.

This high-end consignment store is just a few doors down from Turn About, and although Turn About is my favourite of the two, it's worth stopping into Second Look as well.
