Not fulfilled
The cleaner showed up close to on time but a phone call would have been nice to let me know he was behind. The equipment look very outdated the reason I say that is the truck was 1980's the cleaner had some technical issues which resulted in some back-flow of dirty water onto my carpet. I watch him clean his traps in my driveway leaving bits of other people hair everywhere and the smell was undesirable. It seemed there was a lack of suction which left my carpet very wet, I had my heat on for days to dry the carpets. Just a bad experience.
Not great
I was not happy with the look of my carpets after the dried. They were cleaner in some spots but looked like stirred mud in others. My carpets are 1 year old, I think if the tech took a little more time he might of had better results. Oh and the carpet were very crunchy after like walking on chips.
Watch out
These guys are running a business with there head cut off. No one seem to know what going on what they clean and where?????? Awful job need to call another company to fix there mess.
Sears Carpet Cleaning wasted my day.
My cleaning service was scheduled for 8am. I waited for 30 minutes and they did not phoned to update me on their schedule. It took me 3 tries to and which they phoned back 20 minutes later. They told me they will phone their technician and get back to me. Another 20 minutes passed till they phoned me back to and informed me they have mixed up the appointments and there are no other available spaces for that day. It took them more than an hour to tell me they made a mistake and will not be coming. As if they expect me to take half a day off work to wait around for them. I will absolutely never call on them again. They didnt seem to care and made it seem like my fault. I have a coupon and I wonder if thats why they missed my appointment because it was less money for the tech to earn. I will throw away this coupon before using it again.
Watch out for this company
Do not use this company for any cleaning purposes. I used Sears carpet cleaning twice because I had bought 2 groupons not only did they charge $100 extra, the carpets were wet for 3 days and I had a musky smell that gave everyone headaches. I removed the carpets and found my wood floor to be saturated; we had to bring in blowers to dry the area. I no longer have carpet. You have been warned.
Really bad cleaning job
I have read the review on this website and they are false, they were written by the cleaner, I over heard them talking about it while cleaning my house, they get paid while there's no work, to write on websites. This would explain all the great comments because there workmanship is god awful.

I have my carpet brought back to life by Sears. I thought I would have to tare my carpet out but Sears worked there magic. Not no mention there effort E__n (not sure if he wants me using his name) put in, stayed extra time till he got it done.We were so happy we used there maid cleaning service. They struck gold again what a overall team. WOW

I thought is was kind of funny after my cleaning that the tech ask if I felt he deserved it to please write a review about his service. Until I saw my carpet and upholsery. I never write on these review but WOOOOOOOOOOW.
