We did couple's relaxation massage. Experience was awesome. We stayed at Empress and were going to go to the spa there this was $80 cheaper and was wonderful. We were relaxed all day long.

This place is the best spa I've been to, and Shannon Davies is a wonder at Brazilian waxes (my last one barely hurt). I can also recommend the Relaxation Massage.

The atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing. They've always been accommodating and most of the time I've been able to get an appointment with short notice.

Love it here! It's a little over my price range, but the one and only time I went anywhere else for a Brazilian, I cried like a baby and was badly burnt. The staff at Sapphire are so friendly and very gentle. I always go back and I will never go anywhere else! Definitely a great place to go if you're sensitive to waxing or if it's your first time; they're incredibly accommodating and reassuring.

Not a lot of reviews on brown shaping places on the island so I took my chances and it was great! Exactly what I wanted. I requested my brows to be fully tweezed instead of waxed and they listened to how I wanted it and it looks natural, not over down. Great service and ambience!

The Sapphire Day Spa was available for a last min Massage appointment on a weekend trip in Victoria and for that I was grateful. This Day Spa was a much more special place than I expected to find.

What a fabulous spa. I went there last weekend with a bunch of girlfriends for pedicures and had a great time. It is a beautiful, clean, well managed place. We will defiantly be back!

A very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.
The staff are wonderful and I love this spa. I highly recommend you make a visit for a massage. It is incredibly relaxing.
