My family was visiting from Ontario for my graduation and my moms birthday. As a combined celebration dinner we decided to give this place a try as they were looked to experience that amazing Alberta Beef - and what better way than a highly acclaimed steak house? In the end: we were extremely disappointed.
There was 5 of us altogether. We were first introduced to our server Kevin, who seemed...

We came here for an educational meeting after work. The restaurant is easy to find. It's down the street from Hotel Macdonald, along 100 Street and Jasper Avenue. We parked at the Impark lot beside the restaurant - quite pricey! We paid $15 for the evening. We thought it would be worth it to park there simply for the convenience. However, we later found out from the hostess, that if you park in... more
Great meal here. At the top of the price list but the ambience, service, & food & drink quality was worth it.
Truthfully the first time I went here was a couple years ago and it was really good. Great service and food. However since then I've been a handful of times and I feel like it gets progressively worse. This last time our waiter had no clue about the menu and wasn't able to answer any questions. I had asked for a prosecco and he didn't really understand and suggested a Riesling. It felt like... more

Went here for my birthday and had a party of 6 people. First off they didn't give us a booth that I had asked for because they said it would be too crowded so we got sat at a round table. It seems like this restaurant has gone down hill.
We have had "better" steak for less than half the price at other steak houses. Very disappointing.
There is nothing here to justify $54 for a steak, $10 for a small side of asparagus and $19 for a glass of wine. It will leave you and your guests questioning how such a restaurant can stay in business.

We've all heard the almost mythical stories of the Ruth's Chris steak. How could they possibly be true? A steak is a steak, right?
Well, when our team at work booked a celebratory dinner at Ruth's Chris, I came face to face with the fabled unicorn: a prime cut tender steak, cooked to perfection, arriving simmering in butter.

Been here a bunch of times and it used to be one of my favorite restaurants but it seems like it's gone a little downhill. The food isn't as good as it used to be and it's really salty. Maybe its just me... Also the parking situation is awful.
Great service. Free coat check with $200 dinner purchase. What a steal!
Finally dined here last night with my better half. There is parking behind the building or down the street. We were a little underdressed so we opted to dine in the lounge.
