The Perfect Hotel

I stay at a lot of hotels and I. An honestly say this is the best hotel experience I have ever had. I stayed for 7 days and the customer service at every point was outstanding. The staff are friendly and genuinely eager to serve. The property is beautiful and the location is handy to just about everything. I was thou foully impressed. I highly recommend this property.

Hotel was clean, and the staff was pleasant. The concierge was able to provide assistant with many details in planning evenings out in Vancouver.

A Gem of a Hotel in Downtown Vancouver

I loved this hotel. The entire Rosewood chain is excellent. This hotel is a fine example of an old hotel with old world charm, updated with all of the amenities. The staff and amenities were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vancouver.

In our room there was no bathtub. They charged us $35 per night to move to the same room ( not an upgrade) just to have a tub. I think, for the price of the room, that a bath might be included. The location was great. Almost everything I needed was within walking distance. The hotel went above and beyond with anything that I needed. The concierge had great recommendations for everything I asked about with regards to the city.

Beautiful hotel convenient to Downton Vancouver and Yaletown, close to many other popular areas. A Family Tradition

I've been a guest of the Georgia (and it's former neighbor the Devonshire) for over 40 years. Classic chique ... Super thoughtful on modern details

What a wonderful down town hotel experience for our family with 2 young kids!
From the minute you arrive till the time you leave you will be pampered in every way: the spacious rooms, the pool, the restaurant and lobby bar/relax areas! The price is very reasonable though not cheap... But than again, contemporary luxury comes with a price.

Comfortable Bed

I would highly recommend this hotel. Loved the building, the ambiance, the cocktails, the bathroom, but most of all the bed. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Only minor niggle was no tea bags in the room, but that was quickly remedied.

We were confused of where to park the car and unload our bags. We drove to 2 main entrances but no one came out to greet us. Finally we figured it out that we had to turn into an alley.

Beautiful

We stayed here for just one night, on our way to Whistler. The hotel is beautiful - from the lobby to the rooms. The bathroom was amazing, especially the huge shower. We had room service and the food was outstanding. Our only regret is that we got to stay just one night!

Wonderful stay

Loved the room. We were in a handicapped room which was fine but I found it lacking hooks in the bathroom that would keep clothes and towels dry.Other than that little thing everything and everyone were remarkable!

Great Hotel!

I chose this hotel based on other reviews for our 30th wedding anniversary and I am extremely glad I did. The deluxe king room was spacious and comfortable; really loved the tub and wall outlets that allows you to turn lighting whether all or some off and on.

Didn't stay here but visited Reflections, the outdoor patio on the 4th floor roof. Wow! One of the best I've ever been to. The flatiron steak, pims and the Russian Mule were great!

The hotel is old but beautifully renovated. The room was perfect, well laid out and well-appointed. The location is perfect as well. I would stay there again in a minute.

The hotel and service were excellent! The staff took care of everything we asked for as hotel professionals. The food experience we had at the hotel was excellent.

Really fabulous hotel

We splurged to stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary, and we were glad we did! We got a deluxe room, which I would totally recommend because it's well worth the extra $$ - it's HUGE and the bathroom is particularly spectacular. The pool, spa, cafe, etc. are all great. Week Long Vacation

The Staff here are amazing! They all knew my name and went out of their way to make my stay incredible. Jim the driver was such a gentleman and went out of his way to help my girlfriend and I get around the city. I will definitely stay here again - infact I've already planned to be back in September!!!!

the hotel staffs are excellent, friendly and responsible. the location is perfect just located in the center of the city. staffs are very responsible. I left the iPad in my room and they sent it back to my home by courier.
