Across the street from Library Square, the Rosedale provides good value, particularly when it comes to amenities. All rooms are one- or two-bedroom suites and feature separate living rooms with a pullout couch and full kitchenettes (with microwaves, stoves, and ovens); the decor is a tad dated but cozy. The designated two-bedroom family suites include two single beds in the kids' bedrooms. The... more
Highly recommended - great suite. The only minor issue I had was I couldn't get the shower to work and had to have baths.
I found the rooms spacious clean . and well equipped. it was nice to be able to open the windows on the 12th floor. the staff was friendly and accommodating . Arriving late for a concert they offered to park my car as their lot was full at the time. I would have no qualms with staying here again. ask them if their parking garage is full or not. it's 2 levels underground that dead ends... more
We stayed at the R on R during Grey Cup weekend. The location was ideal; walking distance to BC Place stadium and so many downtown attractions. The service was outstanding; right down to having extra "beverage" glasses delivered to our room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is an older building which has been kept up so it has some older charm along with modern conveniences. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. It is a pleasure to still have some niceties such as the Bellman opening the door for us as well as getting the elevator for us and doing both with a genuine smile. The bottom line though... more
hotel muy tranquilo,limpio,bien equipado,alberca,con cosineta.
I enjoyed my room which has a kitchen facilities and a living room. It is not very far from sky train and it is pretty convenient to stroll along the sea wall.
Kurztrip, mit einer Übernachtung, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, schöner Panoramablick aus dem 18. Stock
We have stayed at the Rosedale many times as it is within walking to downtown shopping and to sports arenas. It has always been clean and the staff have been very helpful.
Though starting to look a little bit dated inside, this was a pleasant stay in a very clean, quiet and spacious room. Staff was friendly and attentive
Rooms are large with a separate bedroom, and very small kitchen. The fridge and microwave were great to have. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel's staff was on top of any needs we had within minutes. Location is fine for a short stay; however, I prefer closer to Stanley Park if doing a lot of downtown walking and sightseeing. Check in was great as well. They do charge additional for... more
Good, clean downtown hotel. Very nice view (18th floor). WIFI coverage bad.
The location, cleanliness, staffing and amenities of this hotel were very good, even excellent BUT the huge drawback as the wifi in the rooms was so slow and cumbersome to use (you are kicked off the system after 10 minutes or so -- which a call to front desk confirmed was "normal" -- and it took many minutes to get back online that it made using the Internet all but impossible. This is... more
This hotel was in a good location for everything from getting on a tour bus, finding good eating places, and best of all, was blocks away from the stadium where we got to attend a World Cup game!
This hotel was as advertised except for free wifi, which was close to non existent. I planned on doing some research and location check once at the hotel, but bad wifi made it difficult.
The room had a comfortable bed, a separate seating area with a television (TV also in the bed area) AND a small kitchen area with a small refrigerator, stove tope and microwave. Although we mostly ate out, it was nice to be able to bring things back to keep in the fridge for snacks, etc. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. We had late check in the night we arrived as there is always someone... more
Excellent downtown Suite hotel with great access to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre and other downtown venues!
Check in was quick. The concierge kept our bags for us until our room was ready, making the afternoon a lot easier. Too bad the restaurant was closed.
Could walk to Yaletown, Chinatown, all waterfronts and train station. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Just a short walk to Rogers arena, steps to the library, & shopping, great location. Appreciated the parking.
We were in Vancouver for a concert and the Rosedale was close enough to walk and had lots of restaurants close by. The restaurant in the hotel was under construction but did not interfere with our stay at all.
Conveniently located. Rooms were very comfortable. Hotel staff was very helpful. Wifi for 3 devices. Would come back again.
Had a good experience with this hotel, great for family. Only negative is horrible wifi.
This is the second stay at this hotel for us and we will definitely return. Very comfortable suites, parking is convenient and is within walking distance of everything we needed while in Vancouver. Staff is friendly and helpful. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable hotel in downtown Vancouver.
This hotel is an excellent value. It provides a suite with a fully equipped kitchen for the same price or less than other hotels. It is clean, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is very accommodating. A bonus: We had a beautiful view of Vancouver and the ocean.
We were happy with our choice, friendly staff, and comfortable room for three of us. Just a short walk to city centre and public transport just next block. A good base for our four days exploring Vancouver Plenty of dining and cafe choices nearby
Great location in downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to shopping on Robson Street, Yaletown, Gastown, and Chinatown. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room and bed were comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking garage available for very reasonable daily fee. Concierge was a great help when we needed a recommendation for a nearby restaurant for dinner. Check-in and check-out was smooth with no waiting.... more
Stayed in the hotel for a night so its close to my exam center. The room was clean and i had the things i needed to prepare for my exam, nice view of the garden and city while i read and a comfy bed to get a good sleep.
Very nice facility centrally located. Staff was pleasant and quick. Nice touch that we were upgraded to a two-room suite.
The description given by Expedia or the hotel as being a "deluxe suite" simply is not accurate. The sitting area is extremely small; the bathroom is small; and the so-called queen size bed was actually a double. Nor was the room in the corner of the building, as advertised. Other things like the glasse s, the tiny ironing board and the limited TV channels did not add up to "deluxe".
What an excellent hotel. Currently there isn't a restaurant in the hotel but there are 100's within walking distance as well as pubs and snack places. The pool and hot tub are great. The hotel is a suite hotel so a place to sit and relax, make a coffee, enjoy a glass of wine.
We went to a concert at Rogers Arena so we wanted a hotel close to the venue. Check in was easy and quick even though I had booked online. I did not realize that I had booked suite so was pleasantly surprised to see a small kitchen area and separate bedroom that was bright with 2 walls of Windows. It only took about 8 minutes to walk to Rogers Arena.
The room was awesome because we had some friends meeting us and it has a little living room with couch ,T.V and a small little kitchen. Perfect to have a few appys and couple of beverages before we went out for the evening. The room was very comfy, clean and great location... more
The room was not super clean, but ok. The temperature controller did not seem to work fine, and therefore the room was a bit cold. Free capsule coffee was provided in the room, but I didn't drink it. The washroom was clean and well managed.
The location of the hotel is wonderful, right off of Robson street where there are tons of restaurants and shopping to choose from. However my coworker and I both experienced terrible wifi in our rooms. So I had to work from a cafe down the street which was frustrating. If you are coming to Vancouver to explore, this is perfect - however if you need to do work or reliable wifi, I'd stay elsewhere.
We chose this hotel for its location, which couldn't be better. The kids loved the pool. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole place was amazingly quiet. There were some quirks with the light switches and bathroom fan. You should also know the free breakfast is not free if you book through hotels.com.
I would stay here again. A good value. We went to Roger's Arena and then to dinner. It was a quick walk to most things.
Three friends were staying together to go to a concert and celebrate a birthday. This was a great location to walk to restaurants and Rogers Arena. We needed three beds so booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed. When we got to our suite we found we'd been given a two bedroom suite. It was wonderful, clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We dealt with staff in the elevator, front... more
Love the kitchen! RESTARAUNTANTS CLOSE BY, close to the library
The hotel was fine, however it did not meet our expectations. The WiFi didn't work at all during our stay. There was a small kitchennette (think RV kitchen) that we didn't need, but would've been nice for a longer stay. Unfortunately, the fridge was very noisy. The bathroom was very small, not really big enough for two. There was no restaurant in house - a bad sign for overall health of the... more
Hotel was perfect for a working trip. I had some problems with the wireless router in the first room. This was critical because I was teaching an on-line course while I was in Van. Concierge (Daniel) was very helpful and arrange a room change to solve the problem.
The Hotel was fine; parking was terrible! Close to lots of restaurants, bars, etc.
I went on business and stayed on a Sunday night. The room was good size and clean. The view was outstanding and so was the location. I would stay here again.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very informed of events, activities and how to best get there.
Very pleasant comfortable beds. Love having a lounge and kitchen.
Our stay was great! It was our first time away since we had our second kiddo, so being able to check in back at home was a must. I was pleased to hear that they have complimentary wi-fi, which I haven't seen at any other hotels we've stayed at I'm Vancouver. I had a hard time getting it to connect, so we called the front desk. They hooked us up with tech support, who said the signal was poor.... more
Very nice large room very quiet. free internet and reasonable parking(for Vancouver)
It is close to the train stations, stores, museums but in the quiet aria. My room was equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, etc. It was actually nice.
The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff, they were very helpful at all times and made the experience all that much better.
The hotel has a convenient kitchenette which helps for more lengthy stays, the location is right in the heart of the action and shopping on robson st as well as close to the port for cruising
We booked a one-bedroom unit for 4 adults and were upgraded to a 2-bedroom unit with one bathroom. Both bedrooms have comfortable full queen sized bed and wardrobe. Living room has a kitchen, fully equipped, a little small but good. Hotel is located within 10mins walk from Granville St. There're many eateries nearby with a couple of supermarkets. Overall, we're very happy with our stay.
Loved it. Not expensive, great breakfasts, spacious suites, even have free evening meals and drinks Mon to Thurs! Just off the central downtown area, but a short safe walk away.
Staff very helpful annd location fantastic for sight seeing and shopping.. rooms clean and beds comfortable.
Great place, close to Yaletown and walkable distance from the main hub in Robson Street. Station and hop on-off stop very close. Nearby restaurants, 7-11, IGA and Mcdonalds. Nice pub food attached to hotel. Beds and pillows so comfortable and a great kitchenette.
Nice hotel, good rooms and great location. The concierge staff however need to know what is going on in downtown Vancouver.
Have stayed at this hotel many times because of the location and room amenities. Can walk to many tourist attractions including BC Place, Rogers Arena and Queen Elizabeth theatre. I stayed in one of the time share condos. The location is great, within walking distance of Yaletown. Wifi reception in my room was terrible (and they were wanting to charge me for the privilege) so I ended up going down to a coffee shop.

We stayed here for the Vancouver Marathon and it was a gong show. The price is stupid expensive, and we even got the government rate! We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel on 3/4 May 2014. The rooms were great - very spacious with a separate Lounge with coffee/tea etc. Best location for everything. Service was very good indeed. Josh in the bar was amazing - top rate. Highly recommend for value, location, sevice.
Bear in mind that I wasn't paying for the room, and if I had to buy my own quarters I probably would have been sleeping in my car in the parking lot, but the only thing at all that I could complain about at all here is that the elevators were on the slow side when it was very busy.... more

This is a good hotel in a great location. The staff were helpful if a little "cool". We stayed for 3 nights following a cruise. Down in Vancouver to watch a hockey game so we picked this place since it was close and it had kitchens. We were a bit worried that it would be over run with loud hockey fans but we didn't hear a peep from anyone. Also, the staff is friendly and efficient!
We stayed there for the weekend while I was at a seminar. My son picked it, because it had a pool. The staff seemed a bit indifferent. They only let you use one device on the wifi at a time. Parking is expensive and not included. The hotel was hard to find, as the street sign is faded and hidden by a tree. The kitchenette was adequate and saved me some money by cooking and eating in.
The Rosedale on Robson is our favourite hotel in Vancouver. On this occasion, my 60th birthday, we purchased a Canucks Package that included Hockey tickets, a room and all taxes. Staff pushed an "upgrade" on us to a suite so we got a kitchenette we had no use for and went from having two beds to one bed plus a pullout couch. Not really an upgrade. Luxurious hotel room. Great value for the money. Loved the kettle in the room since I'm a tea drinker.
Paying for parking. I don't feel you should pay for parking when staying at any hotel. I know they all do it and Rosedale on Robson has one of the cheapest parking. But I still feel you shouldn't have to pay as a guest.
Room was good and clean. Good selection of beers downstairs.
Coffee was terrible at breakfast and so were the baked beans.

reception and concierges very efficient and helpful. Great location and
amazingly good value through booking.com.
I stayed here twice. The staff were not very informative. They didn't tell us about the hotel facilities such as the pool and wifi access. Very bad communication from staff when there was a fire evacuation. Rooms are too dark and the air-con makes terrible rumbling noise in room. Very over priced hotel. Did not feel it was value for money. I will not stay here again.
Rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpfull.
Nothing
My wife and I were upgraded to a nice suite even though I felt the rate was a very good bargain.
No complaints
Good location in the city and
value for money
Breakfast not provided on our package. No airport link of its own.
Had to buy my own milk for hot drinks, just coffee-mate powder provided in the room.
Very small gym not much equipment, and a little pool.
This is the second time I have stayed there-I did it the second time by
mistake-but it is clean, I like the location and it is reasonably
priced. Room nice and large.
It has a terrible exercise room that everyone can look into with little
equipment and space. And the pool again has no privacy is small and not
attractive. And in a wierd location.
Price
The plates were really old & central air was really loud
great location to everything, bonus is Rosie's restaurant, good food at reasonable prices
nothing
Rosies restaurant was good. service was good
Elevators are so slow!! Rooms need updating.
We loved the location, the friendly staff and the nice rooms. Your restaurant/bar is wonderful.
I can't think of anything we didn't like other than the slow elevators :)
I like the size of the room and the fact that it was a suite.
Would have like Wifi in my room and perhaps a paper delivered in the morning.
the location was excellent for sightseeing and eating out.
The staff were great, the room was clean, and the location was perfect.
The elevators are too slow, only 1 ice machine (I think on the second floor) and when your staying on the 16th floor and there are slow elevators it becomes a challenge
Staff was helpfull, we were first time visiters to Canada and they gave
us great recomendations about where to eat, and what to do in bc. Wanted
to say an extra special Thank You to Glen A. for taking such good care
of us and helping us find great affordable eats and entertainment. We
were on a week long road trip and stayed at 5 hotels in 7 days - this by
far was the best value of any place we...

It was very clean and the staff was amazing!
The room was a little small and the wifi wouldn't hook up.
Very spacious and comfortable. Good to have the facilities of a suite and this has to be the best-lit hotel room we have ever had. That is so important if you want to read. Good restaurant (Rosies) on site, with a good range of food and prompt service.
There was very little storage space or workspace in the kitchen area of the suite, which rather detracted from the point of the suite!
great convenient location close to everything.
expensive parking
I have stayed here before and have always enjoyed it. Very clean and elegant. It is a great place for a little get away as it is very nicely located in downtown Vancouver. My only complaint is internet was an additional cost and quite expensive at $10 for 60 min
Clean, comfortable, room. Plenty of space for family of 3. Nice to have a fridge and stove. Good pillows. Wasn't really a workout facility as advertised ( a bike and treadmill stuffed in a corner) Would stay again
The hotel has excellent location, easy access(walking) to everywhere, expecially Robson St. My kids enjoy the swimming pool, and my husband like both sauna, dry and steam : )There are nice little tv room aka living room, kitchen and at the end, bedroom. so when you closed the bedroom door, you wont hear noice of people walking around or people's chatting that usually you can hear at other... more
Had a great room with wonderful view of downtown. So many places within walking distance (although I got a smoking deal on a rental car too). Dining, sightseeing, shopping, and great people watching on Granville Street patios. Would definitely stay again as we only had 5 days and didn't check everything off the list as to what we wanted to see. Kitchen was great to have as meals are pricey in... more
Food was ok but nothing special. Breakfast service was very slow. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The price for this location was unbeatable. The room was clean, however the air conditioner could not be set to go lower than 68 degrees. I was also disappointed to learn that other hotel guests received a continental breakfast, while our room key was exempt. The staff was very helpful in assisting us free wi-fi set up.
First trip to Canada and the place was recommended. Very happy with hotel and staff.Minor point but water for shower took a while to heat up or not warm enough.
Recently stayed for some shopping, eating and a concert. Blocks from the stadium, easy walking for Robson street shopping, yummy ramen noodle restaurant around the corner.
Cons:
-The room temp gave me some grief... it wouldn't go lower than 68 degrees; with the warm summer days and the sun beating down the window made for an unpleasant guest.
-The curtains in the bedroom didn't nearly block...

Great stay at the Rosedale. We've stayed here before, this is the first time it wasn't a suite. Corner rooms (#10's on each floor, I guess) are smaller, regular hotel rooms but still with a kitchenette. Room was very clean. Queen bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was snug - came with shampoo/conditioner/lotion/mouthwash/showcap & cottonballs/q-tips & emery board! Kitchen was great to have to... more
Family trip to Vancouver. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, the facilities, and the helpful staff. We bought groceries at a supermarket two blocks away and saved money by making breakfast and packing lunches in the suite. Teenage daughter found the sofabed comfortable enough. Parking under hotel clean and lighted. Location near lots of eateries, sports stadium, library, and... more
Great location. The facility is mediocre. Don't stay here expecting the Four Seasons. We stayed in the Rosedale Condos. Rooms were OK. Air con was working. Bed felt comfy enough. We spent most of the time walking around so the only time we were in the room was to sleep. If you are looking for regular housekeeping you may want to choose a "hotel." Customer service was nice. It's not top notch... more
This is the last hotel for our trip. We stayed in a condo and they didn't provide much, and did not clean the room our entire stay. Gave us tiny bar of soap, super difficult elevator but great area. Would have rather stayed at The Westin nearby.
Not the fanciest hotel in the neighborhood but absolutely perfect in location and hospitality. The room was clean and the staff nice.
The hotel is in a perfect location - we were there for the Vancouver Marathon and the start finish line is 5 mins away, it is in the midst of many resturants and shopping opportunities, the room was better than I thought it would be and the staff and facilities were also superior. It isnt a five star quite but, I would recommend this hotel to anyone
A decent hotel, with typical downtown value. Good amenities with a few treadmills, pool, hot tub and wet & dry saunas. The pool/spa room could have been warmer. Room had usual micro hotel equipment kitchen unit with fridge slightly larger than most. Decent size one bedroom with micro setting area/living room. Service staff were prompt and friendly. If I were to book here again, I'd avoid... more
Excellent location, friendly staff. Stayed at this hotel while attending a rolling stones concert in town. Clientele older, but not stuffy. We had a room towards the back and did not hear any noise from the city at all. The only draw back was the location of the pool, you have to walk through the lobby( glass doors to the street) and then through the breakfast area. I would highly recommend... more
My buddy and I stayed here the weekend of 02/15-02/17 for a weekend of hockey and nightlife.
Overall the hotel is what it is (and you should know it by the price) which is not the grandest or the most upscale but a three to four star casual friends and family suite hotel
The location is awesome as EVERYTHING is in walking distance (except for Stanley Park). You've got Yaletown, the Hockey...

I stayed here for a conference which was at the Fairmont.
The location of the Rosedale On Robson was good, being close to Yaletown which has a trendy strip of restaurants by day, that transform into nightclubs by night. Chinatown and Granville Street are also close by.
There's bar/lounge inside hotel called Rosie's.
The suite we were offered had a kitchenette, hide-a-bed,living room and...

I read all the reviews on here and thought it looked like a nice place to stay, so I booked us for all 9 nights we were in Vancouver. They gave us a discounted rate for staying so long (I think it was corporate rate) but I realized that didn't include wifi so I called and they comped the internet since we'd be staying so long. When we arrived we were told that only one device was covered for... more
The only reason they're getting two stars instead of one is because of the location of the hotel. It's very close to all of the action in Downtown and a short walk to a couple of the other neighborhoods like Yaletown and Chinatown.
Besides location some other positives would be the cleanliness of the room and comfort of the bed.
Now on to the negatives. First, I reserved a room with a king size...

Great location, we had a 1 bedroom suite which was very comfotable & clean. In walking distance to just about everything in Vancouver city centre. Food downstairs in the pub was pretty good also. Staff very friendly. Only DISAPPOINTMENT is that there are no room safes!! Hello Rosedale on Robson, this is 2012!! They still use safety deposit boxes in the reception area.CRAZY
When Rosedale on Robson advertises their rooms as "suites", what they undersell is the fact that these rooms seem more like serviced apartments. Ours had a kitchenette, hallway, massive bathroom, a Queen-sized bed inside a separate bedroom, and a lounge area with flat-screen television. With all this space after such a long flight, it really did feel wonderfully relaxing, and as though one... more
The hotel is within walking distance of most places the bus stops on the opposite corner this takes you near the waterfront and gastown areas. great value for money
Was absolutely great. Went to the Queen Eliz. theater and were so happy to be within walking distance. The staff were very helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good.
Overall hassle free comfortable hotel staff very helpfulSurprised where the pool was situated "no privacy glass to the outside main entrance" why would you want to relax with the taxi rank on the other side of the glass I think some glass manifestations would be a good idea to give some privacy. Also why do these hotels charge for Internet use is it because others do and they can!! it costs... more
We chose Rosedale because it had a pullout couch bed so my children could sleep seperately. I assumed since it was a suite hotel downtown that catered to business class guests and would provide what we need without lots of bells and whistles. We get there and find out the the Wi Fi is an extra charge, all the pay-per-movie options have been removed (we love to watch a movie together after a... more
We had a very good experience. The Hotel was downtown enough that we could walk to many locations, parking was good, staff was very friendly and helpful, and overall had a very positive experience.
Overall good amenities in the suites with super market very close by that allowed self catering. Spacious rooms in a convenient location. Within 3 blocks of Yaletown Canada Line for fast train trip from airport.
We found the staff at the Rosedale extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect- close to shops and restaurants and within walking distance of most attractions. The only thing I'd suggest is that they provide free WiFi throughout the hotel not just in the lobby. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen meant we could self cater when we wanted too. We have made it our base and are glad... more
Personnel at the reception desk were "off hand". Amenities such as the public library (where free internet is available), small supermarket, public transport and the Stadium are very close indeed. The Hotel is within easy walking distance to the main CBD area, Gastown and Chinatown. The room was clean and maintained on a daily basis. It is a pity that this Hotel does not offer a "late checkout"... more
We were pleasantly surprised to find our room had a small kitchenett. Our room was well appointed, comfortable and clean. It was in such a great position, that I would recommend this hotel to everyone of any age.
We stayed 2 nights and found the hotel comfortable. The staff were helpful and pleasant and upon arrival we were upgraded. We would stay here again.
My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay at the "Rosedale" at the completion of our 'holiday of a life time' in Canada, before returning to Australia.I cannot speak highly enough of the generosity shown to us by the management when he suggested a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe suite. We were delighted to be booked into the second top floor with really wonderful views and an outdoor... more
Our timeshare owns several units in this building. We choose it initially because of the location. Took the Amtrak up form Seattle-area. Was a quick walk from the Sky Train.
Our room was on the 15th floor & we had a grand view of the city. Much of what we did was walking distance - taking the ferry to Granville Island, walking to/from Stanley park, Gas Town, eating, Sky Train etc.

A nice hotel. Not outstanding but very acceptable. Wouldn't take much to make it outstanding.
This hotel is in a great location near all the things in Vancouver you'd want to see. Having a living room and a kitchen when you're away from home for more than a night or two is so convenient. We ate breakfast there every morning and even dinner a couple of nights with groceries from the store just down the block. top notch accomidation fully equipped, did have to ask for cooking utiensils, otherwise first class. will stay here again.
Instead of staying in Richmond decided we would enjoy shopping downtown Vancouver before heading to Airport next morning, Good choice. Room spacious staff friendly and easy walk to Robson Street shopping. Would recommend. Taxi to Richmond Airport (YVR) was around $30.00 we opted to take a cab directly to airport as we had an early flight out. Canada line also a great option.
The staff at the hotel were wonderful and they let us check in to our hotel early, which was great considering our horrible experience at a previous hostel. There aren't too many amenities like a swimming pool or massage spa, but the rooms are spacious and the location (Yaletown) is young and hip. Great value, would definitely come back here.
I stayed only 2 nights in this hotel but was pleasantly surprised by its very good location for down town Vancouver and my business meetings in the suburbs.
Excellent location, nice and friendly staff.
My daughter recently graduated so we went on a mother/daughter weekend to Vancouver to spend some time together and do some shopping. The location of this hotel can't be beat, right on Robson and steps to Yaletown. It is absolutely central to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and night life - we left our car in the parkade the entire time. Our room had been recently renovated and was... more
The hotel had a great location downtown Vancouver. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cookies and toys were available for the children at the front desk at all times. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I would absolutly stay again with my family!

This is a great place to stay and take in the Caucks game. Bought a really sweat package deal, the room was huge , the Canucks won! Nancy in Nanaimo recommends the Rosedale on Robson!
I love the rosedale. It's right downtown, close to EVERYTHING and they have great ticket packages for Canucks games (and other things too I think, but I have only gone for Canucks games).

Not the fanciest hotel in the neighborhood but absolutely perfect in location and hospitality. The room was clean and the staff nice.
“This hotel is more like a motel with out-dated cluttered furniture and rooms, worthless stove/oven, old nasty shower curtains, and a heater that comes on every 5 minutes while you are trying to sleep and rattles. The only difference is I think a motel has better customer service and etiquette than this luxury suite hotel. There is absolutely nothing luxurious about it, and the rooms shouldn't... more
During our recent stay in Vancouver, we picked the Rosedale on Robson because of its proximity to GM Place, where we were attending a concert. We were not disappointed.

This hotel or motel is on the end of the Robson corridor after all the action is over. I figure it'd be a really noisy place to stay over night because of the traffic and such, but it seems busy and for tourist without a car, the location is ideal. A good place to stay, within walking distance of many attractions. Clean and comfortable. We had booked a double room, expecting a double bed but got twin singles but were able to change rooms.

We've stayed at this hotel many times. We always get great service and it's an excellent value. Parking is reasonably priced, too. Our only downside on this stay was we got a room with two double beds instead of one queen bed as we requested.
