Épouvantablement dispendieux
Le service et l'ambiance est excelente mais pour un resto de ce prix la cuisine moléculaire me laisse perplexe, beaucoup d'épice et très peu de quantité que des bouchées. Définitivement que pour les bourgeois. A évité absolument.

Excellent restaurant! Chaque plat nous est présenté par les serveurs. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous avions un excellent forfait. Par contre, dès que tu prends un plat qui n'est pas inclus dans celui-ci, c'est très cher. Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !

Tout est parfait très beau décor et propreté. Lorqu'il fait beau nous pouvons voir les cerfs dehors dans un enclos. Du début à la fin du repas tout est parfait les serveurs très sympatiques nous font vivre une belle aventure gastronomique. Une des meilleur retaurant du genre à Quebec. Les tables d'hotes 6 et 8 services sont excellentes. Le service est courtoie et le serveur que nous avions était très connaissant du menu et des vins, Merci à la Tanière!

J'adore ce resto... C'est l'endroit à Québec pour vivre une expérience en salle et culinaire exceptionnelle... Absolutely amazing food is an understatement at describing La Taniere. The food is magnificent and creative. The service is very attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes and wine pairings. This is probably the best dinner we have ever had. If you can you must do the 20 course tasting menu with wine pairings. You will not be disappointed.

We have been to maybe a dozen "top" restaurants in the three large cities of the Eastern seaboard and this one is by far and away the best.

Pour avoir eu des commentaires de gens ayant fait l'expérience avant moi, je peux vous dire que vous pourriez facilement diminuer les quantités car unanimement, nous avons eu de la difficulté à manger vers la fin. Le tube avec le menu et la délicatesse à apporter est une idée géniale. Bravo à vous tous et longue vie!

Now here's a place well worth the drive. It's about 20 minutes out of quebec city. You have a choice of a 7,12, or 20 course meal. Splurge and go for the full 20 with wine pairings, it's truly out of this world.

Well not only is this the best restaurant in Quebec City, but I think it has a rightful claim to best in Canada. The cooking has finesse not easily found in the typically great but uber-rich dishes of Quebec.
Clearly influenced by Grant Achatz, this is not on par with Alinea (about 1/3 of the dishes were)... but it's not...
