Terrible

I have never written a review for a hotel but byyyy farrrr the most terrible place i have ever stayed. The pool was closed all weekend..continental breakfast..yea right..it was just some cereal. Also the beds were dirty and one of the managers walked right into our rooms without even knocking which was absurd...i will never stay here ever again.

Booked 3 rooms for family for 8 nights, so between us we had experience of 24 nights, to experience just how poor this hotel really is.

For my wife and Me, a hotel should be clean, feel safe, provide basic amenities (soap, ice, hair dryer, and wireless Internet) but in the end is a place to sleep undisturbed, not a place to live in. We are a family with three young kids. We stayed for three nights. The rooms were very clean and the view was great. There is a nice pool which the kids loved! The breakfast was excellent. The location is great, close to the falls. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Average hotel with an average price

As a young couple with a limited budget my bf and I needed a hotel that was inexpensive for our weekend visit to Niagara Falls. The hotel was to be expected, slightly outdated and stuffy but the room was clean. Considering we only spent a small amount of time there it was sufficient for our needs.

Awesome Hotel

This is one of the nicest hotels I've been too. Each room comes with a fire place and the rooms are generously spacious. Reasonable rates through out the year as I've stayed here many times now. The new management is great. The hotel is clean and the staff respond to your requests quickly and efficiently.

You are charged $10 a day to park your car. The wall sockets were hanging out of the wall. There were no towels in the room when we checked in. $35 for the buffet breakfast for 2 for 2 days, overpriced. The only thing this facility offers is aggravation, and you will receive plenty of it.

Did hotel very old, a/c not work(the staff told me open the door to get air out from out side at 89f can not change to another room even i request 2 times they still said the same),toilet was noise,no internet service.the next day they change me to another room the fault set was for off.
