Stayed here while at a conference. Good location. Standard room. Nothing special. Air conditioning worked when it wanted to. Had the "pick your number" bed hardness/softness adjuster on the bed - was very hard to work it, and wasn't able to find my perfect number. There is NO whirlpool, even tho it says it has one on the website. Lots of restaurants around.
Stayed here and was pretty impressed with the lobby when we were there. Our room had the adjustable beds so it was just a matter of finding your comfort zone for the best nights sleep, room was immaculate, view was pretty good too. Excellent nights stay,
Attended 3-day convention in the area in July 2014. Radisson is one of our favourites for group events. Modern, clean, quiet, pool, walking distance to restaurants, grocery, etc., pet-friendly, free parking, shuttle service, buffett breakfast, great friendly and efficient staff. Couldn't ask for anything better !
All the staff where very friendly - front desk, maid and breakfast servers. The hotel was very clean overall. We at at the del Dente restaurant and the food and staff were great. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations and improvements to their underground parking, and when completed, they will definitely look good.
Great price, with Sleep Number beds. Very clean with everything you need within the hotel. Friendly staff, easy check-in and out. Close to shopping and great food restaurants. If you are in this area, this hotel is a must.
We enjoyed our stay. My husband and our 8-year-old really enjoyed swimming in the pool. Very clean and decent hotel! The location of the hotel is just right by the highway. Close to St. Jacobs if you are interested in shopping around. Breakfast has good varieties. The Charcoal Steakhouse which is next to the hotel is also a good choice... more
Hotel staff were very friendly, room was large and clean, excellent restaurant (Charcoal Steakhouse) was available via underground walkway, free parking, close to major shopping centre and freeway. Easy access to major attractions in and around Kitchener including St. Jacob's and Alora as well as African Lion Safari.
Recently stayed at this hotel and found it very comfortable, clean and well staffed. It was a short and acceptable trip to Stratford from here as well as the St Jacob Market. under 20 minutes to each and the best choice we could have made.
The location was close to shopping and restaurants of good quality, the staff was very cooperative with the need for a late check out and our pets were allowed as well which made for our peace of mind. Have stayed here 3-4 times now and will be back.
We stayed here while visiting family in Kitchener. Cleanliness is very important to me and this hotel did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Just what we needed after a long day of travel. I was very surprised by the quality of the continental breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, croissants. The serving staff could... more
Not really a 3, but not as bad as a 2 - I rounded up. There was hair on the ceiling of the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the pillows & linens very nice. Fairly stale smelling air in the room. Two small elevators made leaving on Sunday a bit of a hassle.
Didn't even try the pool - it...

Have stayed here before, and this hotel never disappoints.
The bed was comfortable, ac worked good, and the bath products are nice.
We were on the 7th floor, good view.
Had the breakfast offered by the hotel. Decent breakfast, standard fare. The staff at the breakfast were very friendly, and quick to replace things and to clean tables.

i have always stayed in this hotel whenever there is a convention I attend in this area and as always I had a wonderful stay and experience. The reception staff was superb and would help you when there is a problem. They can also be flexible to help sort out some problems
This hotel is conveniently located and has a shuttle service Mon-Fri. It's reasonably priced and the beds are great.
The reception will call you a cab -- very efficient.
For sleeping, this place is great.
Our 2 room suite was clean, quiet, and the front desk staff were very help full. The morning breakfast which was free with the 2 room suite, was better then most places we have stayed at.
Parking is free, and everything in the suite worked fine.
The hotel wasnt bad, but wasnt my favorite either. The pool was green during our stay, which if it is green it should of been locked you shouldnt allow your guests to see that. Things were broken in my room such as the phone, which was fixed right away!
The steak restaurant was amazing though!

Room was spacious, clean, bed was extremely comfortable, spacious bathroom, and great amenities. My breakfast was not included, was a bit pricey for what it was but was very good. Location is ok if you have a car.
Since i travel a lot, my hotel reviews my be more about my experience and taste. First of all, the hotel is very clean which is a big plus. it is also, comfortable and safe. The internet was iffy at best, very slow, which can be quite common in high rise hotels. The layout is very good, small rectangular so... more

We stayed at the hotel just one night, but would love to go back. The reception was very friendly and efficient, the beds were really comfortable and the breakfast in the morning had everything any one would want, delicious as well. Convenient to other things ie dinner, St. Jacob's
We stayed for 2 nights at the Radisson. After arriving, we discovered the food we ordered from another restaurant didn't come with cutlery and the front desk staff actually had some to give us! We stayed on a holiday and forgot the LCBO was closed, and once again the front desk staff came through, offering a bottle of wine. The... more
Hotel is understand construction, so there are some areas you can't go. Beds are 'sleep by number' style, but my control wasn't working (was really hard). I'm sure they are otherwise comfortable.
Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant. Good restaurants are just across the lobby.
Good value for price and location.
Hotel is decent value for money. Rooms are very clean and well designed. Location is convenient just across the highway from sears and wallmart. Reception and lobby where under renovation at the time so it was a bit messy. They have a horrible lousy breakfast buffet though. Other than the breakfast buffet mess the hotel is very good as long... more
We booked this hotel for my daughters first dance competition and we were very disappointed. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything going on in the halls and other rooms, the windows did not shield any of the outside noise (near a fire station and it felt like the trucks were right beside our window) and the... more
Surprise! When booking with Easytobook.com, the room configuration is not guaranteed. It is only deemed a request if available. We were extremely disappointed to be given a single king bed instead of the double queen indicated in our booking. We were told that booking through a 3rd party such as Easytobook.com doesn't guarantee one's already paid for room configuration. In... more
Booked the Jr King suite. Upon arrival found bedding and duvet covered with hair and live bug in dresser drawer. Called the front desk and housekeeping arrived quickly to clean the room properly. We travel down the 401 to this area for at least 3 Ringette tournaments a year and have never been to a less Team friendly hotel before. I will definitely NOT be recommending teams to stay here. The Managers of the hotel made it very difficult for us to enjoy our stay as a group.

The hotel is ok for short business stays. Apparently is being renovated, the breakfast area really needs a make over. Nothing fancy, but comfortable.
It has an underground connection to a stakehouse/bar/italian restaurants across the street. Perfect on cold days.
A totally average hotel in a totally average town, price totally average. Competent, clean, well-maintained. Location is good if you’re driving down from Toronto, which is the usual way to arrive.
Staff considerably more friendly and intelligent than average, they upgraded me to a (totally average) suite when I said I needed a good workspace to write the speech I’d...

The plumbing was a bit noisy, beds were ok, room was clean, we found as someone else reported that the pool area, NOT water, was cold, sure it was very cold outside, as a maintenance manager this tells me either the heating is either not working correctly or it is under-sized, both conditions are correctable.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in order to visit my son while he was in school at the University in Waterloo. I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. We stayed at this hotel on October 19th. We were in town for Oktoberfest. When we first walked into the lobby it smelled like chlorine. The hotel and rooms are clean but we found the sleep number bed very uncomfortable and for this reason we would not stay at the Radisson again.
Not a good stay. In town for Oktoberfest. Just looking for place to stay while in town for the festivities. Things started poorly when they messed up on the type of room we wanted. The hotel's location is on the southern edge of Kitchener - so, not terribly central. It has ample parking though and is within walking distance of a large mall. It is on a fairly busy road, so if you are a light sleeper, I'd recommend ear plugs.

On a business trip to one of our suppliers, the hotel hit all the right notes - clean room, free Internet, and added in a free breakfast. The only downside was there is very little interesting things in the area to walk to. Over all a good stay and a place I would stay in again.
My boyfriend and I needed a hotel room for the night as we were coming to Kitchener from Toronto to attend a party. We purchased a room at a 3-star hotel on Hotwire and it turned out to be at the Radisson.

Nice hotel in a region that is lacking in high end choices. We were upgraded to a suite due to availability and it was nice and roomy. Most importantly, it was CLEAN!!!
The location is a little lacking. There's not much a that particular part of King street but you're about 30 seconds away from the highway so it should make travelling easy.
This newly renovated hotel provides in-room movies and Nintendo for the kids. The Library Café is open for breakfast and there is an indoor walkway that leads you to the Charcoal Steakhouse.
