Only issue was garbage was not remove from previous guest but otherwise was very content
La suite où nous avons été "upgradé" était très grande mais défréchis et un air climatisée que l'ont ne peut pas utiliser avec Les rideaux fermés!!! Points positifs : proche du centre ville, golf sur place, propreté au rendez-vous.
This hotel was great. Loved their inside courtyard which was an extra wide hall way, with skylights for natural lighting, benches, tables and chairs for socializing outside your room, which dimmed at night providing street lights and a promenade effect...it has an indoor pool, is pet friendly, has a breakfast area in the hall that serves up a hot breakfast for really cheap prices! First room was advertised as a king suite and was a small, old basic room with a king bed. After one night of no AC, we complaines and were upgraded to a double suite which was very nice and had AC.
The guest service representatives were great. Check in and check out was a pleasant experience. The guest service representative was Bilingual, pleasant and the check in and out was easy and efficient.
The issue with the stay was purely based on the state of the room. We stayed in room 108. There were cracks in the ceiling, the room smelled...

overall enjoyed but out door pool was not clean.
Room was small, bed (king) was not very comfortable. The carpet in our room was old and no longer laid flat. Room smelled musty. Desk chair was lopsided and uncomfortable. Bathroom looked like it was redone and was OK. Location was good. Should include breakfast.
Very nice customer service and very clean and comfortable room. But for a Hotel like this. The Continental Breakfast should of been free with the room. As my stays in similar hotels elsewhere they are all included for the same food!
good nights sleep and nice breakfast old fashioned charm
Staff were friendly and accomodating and provided good directions.
Front desk staff were very helpful, very good at their jobs. They allowed us an early check-in which was really convenient and didn't make us feel like we were putting them out by asking.
Flakes of paint was falling and large stains were evident in top of the ceiling of the front window in room 110. In addition, a smell was emanating from this overall area. I informed the front-desk clerk shortly after checking in with pictures taken with my camera...to no avail. We had pre-paid for 2 nights at this hotel via expedia...a... more
We stayed today and are booked for 2pm nights in room 110.
We noted and reported to the front desk receptionist a long crack and light brown stain just above the front window in our bedroom (room 110)...to no avail. We also noted a smelly odor emanating from the area. .
For this reason and more importantly their nonechalence in...

Convenient location for this slightly out dated hotel. The rooms take on the appearance of the little cabins that once stood here, though I have stayed in bigger cabins. Room 111 was quite small with a picture window opening to a inner hall way of the hotel and a small rear window over looking an empty lot. This room could be... more
I stayed here for a couple weeks while working in Summerside. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and greeting you as you walk by. They accommodated my request for a room with a mini fridge and microwave, however I don't believe all rooms have this. The room and furniture were outdated and had a slight musty smell, but was... more
I was mortified as I drove up....I could see that they had window air conditioner units. The lobby is pretty and inviting. I changed rooms three times. The first room was freezing, smelled like must and mould and the BASEBOARD heater did not work. The second room smelled like Raid. The third room was the most acceptable but still depressing... more
The room seemed small but it was all I needed. The bed was huge with five pillows and so comfy. With the blackout blinds I slept wonderfully. I was surprised there was no tub so I could not relax in the bath after work but the shower was huge and there was plenty of hot water. I forgot my... more
We stayed here during a big hockey tournament and we were situated in the motel side. We were a little disappointed at first but once we were in the room it was clean and comfortable. Stayed in the exterior motel as all rooms inside the hotel were booked.
Completely run down; paint peeling from window sills, wall vinyl throughout the room need replacement. The pink toilet and bathtub are needless to say 'dated'. The washroom door skin pulled away on the bottom of the door. Daylight could be see around the exterior steel door to...

Very bad place, terrible service. Staff are stuck up and do not help at all. They lie whenever you ask for help and obviously do not know what they are talking about. We were in Summerside for a funeral. Staff were very helpful and accommodating with our schedule, even letting us use the breakfast area in the evening after the funeral home visiting hours to sit together and hang out as a family (we had 5 rooms of family).

Stayed in a ensuite. Comfortable, quiet and very clean with a friendly helpful staff. Also recommend the Brothers 2 restaurant next door. Great food and a live band. Will stay at this motel next time Im in town
Time for renovation of the rooms. Bed was comfortable though. Breakfast is not free. Rare for a Choice Hotel to not have complimentary breakfast. Need some more outlets for charging electronics. I think it is overpriced, but had a good stay.
Was passing through summerside on a business trip, and was booked in to stay at this hotel. The rooms were small, and functional. My room did not have a tub, but had a large shower. Not amazing, nor horrible. Thanks for an ok stay. The 2 brothers restaurant next door was gross!!
We really stumbled into this hotel because I couldn't stay in the rundown dirty hotel I had booked online that got such rave reviews from people! Maybe it is my training in Healthcare that makes me so particular but I do expect clean linen and no odor when I open the door to my room.

Bed was very good, room was clean, however the rooms are old and in need of an update.
We were able to check in early and the location was very good. Friendly and helpful staff.
Really enjoyed our stay, the room was perfect for our needs. Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. We couldn't ask for a better welcome. Nice restaurant right next door and the breakfast was a great start to our day. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a room in Summerside.
we were only there for one night but it was affordable and comfortable.
The hotel is nicely set-up and the courtyard area is lovely. The pool area and weight room was nice but the water was very cold. There is also an outdoor pool with a poolside lounge. The room was OK but smelled musty and the bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the floor tiles. The toilet was old and the handle actually broke off. Black mould in the toilet tank. Very nice hotel. Kids had a great time...and that is all that matters!!!
Had a nice clean room on the second floor. Stayed two nights. Fantastic waffles, I would go back for just the waffles. Noticed both indoor and outdoor pools. I stayed for one night and the inn was decent but nothing great. The light fixtures in the room were old and clunky and there were a lack of accessible plugs in the room. Clean, nice looking, but not worth the price. We stayed for 200$ a night at a last minute reservation. It doesn't not include free breakfast, and the rooms were extremely average. The rooms are very dated and wallpaper was falling off the walls. The rooms and hallway are very dark as well.

Don't stay here if it is between Christmas and New Years because the only places you can eat are fast food joints. Restaurants, even the one that is associated with this hotel, are closed. So its Tim Hortons, Wendys, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Subway. A crying shame.
Everyone here is super friendly. They made sure that I had everything I needed. Would have liked better WiFi but can't complain about anything else. Breakfast was always served hot and fast. I stayed for one week and felt like family.
Hotel is excellent. I had been there ten years ago with my mother and was really glad to see the hotel and staff were still the best around. Close to shopping, sight seeing and a really good restaurant. Would definitely return again.
I have stayed in over 50 hotels and inns over the last 3 months, and must acknowledge how professional and very responsive I found the front desk staff here.

I've been staying in this hotel when in the city for business over the past ten years. It was renovated back then and turned out pretty well but today the place is dated and needs modernizing.

A lovely hotel. The only two issues we had were (1) the curtains over the air-conditioner meaning that we had to pull the curtain back letting light in to the room in the early morning and affecting our privacy (as we were at street level) -- this could be remedied by tailoring the curtains to fit the air-conditioner; and (2) the alarm went off at 6 in the morning ... cleaning staff should... more
