Hotel Facilities Very Good

Free breakfast was excellent-good variety. Fitness facilities was an added bonus-as was the large screen T.V.-refrigerator-microwave-coffee maker-etc.

Built many years ago ...The first big hotel in Woodstock. First on the block but now showing its age ... tired and needs an update and new look! It's not inexpensive to stay there ... so ...a smart, new change is in order!

Clean nights stay

It was a clean hotel which provided a nice stay. Rates were very reasonable.

Very Accomodating

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in the face of Hotels.com reserving a smoking room rather than a non-smoking room as we requested. (Neither the hotel nor I were able to reach hotels.com at the phone number provided.) The manager saw that our request was non-smoking, as was our confirmation. They were ready to find us another room in another hotel, if necessary.

Booked online through expedia requesting a non-smoking room, however at the check in we discovered we were in smoking room. A good place to stay.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast bar is included in the price and is fantastic. Room is comfortable and very sound proof. Only negative thing, the window does not open for fresh air.

our favourite hotel to go to stratford

All was great and when we had an issue it was addressed immediately..didn't like their pillows though but all in a great place to stay at a reasonable price. We have stayed there 2 years in a row when we attended plays in stratford and liked it very much. Also has a very good restaurant and we had free hot buffet breakfasts both mornings

overnight stay

There was a problem with the heating cooling system not working properly. But we managed by just cooling the room with the fan before going to sleep. The complimentary breakfast was good but the roast beef special the evening before was next thing to inedible. Otherwise the room was clean very comfortable and quiet.

Subpar Wifi

The hotel was warm, clean, and comfortable. The location was extremely close to some mid level restaurants, but the Wifi signal, strength, and speed were wholly inadequate to even send an email.

too far to Stratford

disappointed that no compensation offered for total loss of power in the hotel. We were going to Odie's restaurant in the hotel when the lights all went out. We asked at the desk but they said they only had a buffet available because of the outage. Why not provide guests a free meal in lieu of losing power ? It would have been good PR.

Highest quality at Quality inn

Everything was beyond excellect from our time of arrival until we left next morning. Lobby was "prestine" and staff were most accommodating. Rooms were spotless, well organized, comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect for our family visit - sister's 90th birthday. We will certainly recommend this inn to family and friends.

I had never stayed at a Quality Hotel before and was pleasantly surprised. Our arrival went quickly and the desk staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming. I have stayed at Quality Inns before. This one was clean but old and musty smelling. The staff was helpful, the hallways were oppressively hot and uncomfortable. The service in the pub was almost non existent. One had to hunt down a waiter for service.

It was good and clean, checked in at about 1 am and the staff was more than happy to accommodate. The gym facility was above and beyond anything I have ever seen in a hotel of this rating. A complete GoodLife fitness gym in the basement. Forgot to set an alarm so we didn't wake up in time for the complementary breakfast but we herd good things about it.

They have great meeting facilities, we booked one at the last minute, and they were able to accommodate us with no problem. If your a tour group or business group this is the place to be. Here for a wedding in the area, the hotel was functional and reasonably spacious. Nothing to write home about. One great thing -- in addition to friendly service, the always-manned local tourism counter was most helpful, probably manned by volunteers from the chamber of commerce.

Stayed while having to attend a family funeral. Room was clean and big. Breakfast was more than expected and good. Would definitely stay again...but hopefully just for fun!

I found all of the staff very friendly, helpful with directions and polite. I chose to stay and have dinner in the hotel. The menu was varied. I decided to have their dinner buffet. There was an excellent soup, several salads and 6-8 hot entrees. The desert choice was very good.

This hotel is expensive, its not worth the money. This hotel is surrounded by farm land. The hotel has a grey sink, toilet and tub. This hotel has an out door pool. I can't swim in the out door pool in the winter time. The bed's aren't comfortable. This hotel doesn't have pillow top mattresses. They need to update this hotel. The hotel service was prompt and efficient.
