Bread is fantastic, their baguette is better than other Première Moisson stores because they know how to bake it, so it's crusty and yes it has air bubbles but this is how it's supposed to be!! Overrated but not bad
May 14, 2013Beautiful little bakeries, good coffee but buying a loaf of bread can be an ordeal. We find, while the bread tastes great there are always large air bubbles baked into the the bread so that when you cut it sometimes you just end up with a crust and gaping hole (hard to put a piece of cheese on)! Not a winner here
