Contemporary stay

Excellent amenities, great hotel. We enjoyed our three night stay. The room was large enough for four, and we had everything we needed. The shower had some air in the pipes, which made a noise, but that was the only issue. Quiet, clean rooms, and very friendly staff.

This property is not only in an excellent location(access to north waterfront/shops yet quiet on that side), but the rooms, service staff and in-house dining, for every meal are outstanding! Non-Smoking Hotel - Except for at the entrance

Overall happy with the service and accommodations.
Only problem I have is they advertise as a NON-smoking hotel, but 3m from the entrance is a smoking area that is installed by the hotel.
You have to walk thru this area to access the front entrance.

Choose the hotel based on good trip advisor reviews but pretty disappointed to be honest. The room was looking pretty tired. Carpet marked with big stains and furnishings all scuffed and chipped. Not what I would expect for the price. Very disappointed.

Enjoy swimming, eating and having a great view

This hotel offers all three, when you get the right room.
For swimmers, the 25 meter pool is great! It is often quite empty (at least in the morning) the water is very clean and quality of installation overall is very high. There is a big jacuzzi pool too and a sauna room. A great place to relax all together.... more

Good value

We recently stayed at the Pinnacle Hotel while attending our niece's wedding. The hotel room was a good size, new, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would certainly recommend the hotel for stays in Vancouver. Although it's across the harbour from downtown, the ferry terminal is steps from the hotel.

Great location to explore north Vancouver

Easy to get to, lovely room-get a harbor view, and the most comfortable beds! My husband and I bought fresh fruit and pastries from the Granville Public Market and had wonderful breakfasts in bed every morning while overlooking all the harbor activity.
