Service department incredibly slow. I dropped my car off for an appointment at 2:30 and was only approached at 3:15 to sign the work order! I asked the service rep if they were already working on the car he said not until the work order is signed!

To make customers wait 45 mins after your appointment time to simply sign a work order, holding up the service to your vehicle, is inexcusable.... more

Yes I had to undergo the same pushy sales tactics when I visited the financing guy, but I'm used to other types to sales people offering me warranties I don't need ("Would you like to pay for a $XXXX warranty in case we sold you a piece of sh-t?").
