Simply Fantastic
August 08, 2014There is nothing fancy about this restaurant, it only seats around 15 people and the décor is sparse, but the food is amazing. Excellent food and service
August 05, 2014My wife and I really enjoyed the restaurant. We had a caterpillar role for an appetizer and each had a different noodle dish. I had the spicy Park's noodles with pork. My wife had noodles with dried fish on top. Both were excellent. We were also given some tempura sweet potato and it was cooked perfectly. Highly recommended spot.

Fredericton is not exactly known for its Sushi but I have to say in terms of price, quality and quantity Park's Noodle is THE best around here.

Best noodles in town
June 16, 2014Best noodles in town! The food is good and the service is great. One of my favorite dish is the yaki soba. The sushi is also very good. i simply love this small and cosy restaurant, it is a great place for lunch or a casual dinner.

May 27, 2014Had a great lunch here with a friend. Delightful owner and service, vast menu of delicious possibilities - was hard to make a choice. My friend and I ordered two dishes and shared - both were scrumptious, elegantly served with generous satisfying servings. I will definitely make this a regular stop.

Great service and food
August 05, 2013I've had sushi around the world, while this may not be the most authentic place in the world (not a lot of raw fish to choose from), it is very delcious nonetheless. Great friendly service with a kind and hard working owner. Great place for a first timer as it's not intimedating.

Excellent Noodles & Sushi in Fredericton, NB
August 02, 2013Our family of 4 had dumplings, sushi and noodles and we found it very good. Fresh ingredients, tasty with lots of choices on the menu. Cost about $100 including tip. Not licenced. They offered gluten free menu options, and had a handy indication of which menu items had gluten and which did not.
