As a hotel, you're #1 obligation is to provide a comfortable space for rest and sleep. It boggles my mind that they allow their recycling company (private contractor, not picked up by the city) to pick up their recycling at 6:00 am. It's a nightmare being woken up to glass bottles being dumped into the back of a truck.

Avery nice establishment. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were cleaned in a timely manner while I was gone (no mint on the pillow tho ). After a terrible Airbnb experience we literally walked into Hotel 10 to find out if they had any availability. They were almost at capacity but the manager was so kind to us and helped us find a room for our stay. The staff from the front desk to house keeping to valets were all so nice and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

I really didn't expect it to be such a good stay. I came here with staff on a business trip and didn't think it'd be so fun. The staff was wonderful and the parking was easy. They were accommodating and we didn't get any complaints, even though I think we probably drank too much in the rooms.

This is the 2nd time I get this hotel through Hotwire. I would not give it 4 stars.
-No à la carte breakfast. Only scrambled eggs and other specialties seating on heaters. No mini bar, and the restaurant or in-room delivery menus are very slim.

We stayed 4 nights during the jazz festival in late June into the beginning of July. After booking on Priceline I was concerned about negative reviews on Yelp mostly concerning noise. I visited in February for my birthday and had an amazing stay! I stayed in one of the nicer suites and wasn't affected by any music from the lounge. We crashed a private party and enjoyed that as well. The club in the basement was fun and I'm usually not that type of partier. Bed was comfy and my bathroom was huge and surrounded by mirrors.

My friends and I decided to go to Montreal for New Years Eve. We got a really good price for the hotel for two nights, and it was in a great location. Just up the street there are a ton of bars, restaurants and cute stores to shop in. If you're going just to party, you can't beat the location. Montreal surprise

The hotel is located across from a gas station in downtown area of Montreal.. It looked like we had made a mistake. Inside it was beautifully designed, Staff was wonderful. They told us that the hotel had a disco on saturday nights and we didn't hear a thing. They recommended a bistro 2 blocks away and it was great.

I was warned that the neighborhood could be noisy, but I had no problem getting good rest here. The staff are efficient and the amenities are good. We did not eat here because the hotel is a very short walk from quite a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again.

This might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Service is terrible -- not just bad, but attitude, too -- from the moment of check in. The Hotel 10 is in the perfect location if you're looking to walk everywhere - especially the fun bars/ restaurants on St. laurant! Clean & modern; staff was friendly & even the restaurant was great. Felt let down

I stayed at Hotel 10 for a mixed business and leisure trip. When I arrived, there was no reservation on record for me. After letting me have a room, I was told the next morning that it was their mistake and that everything was now sorted. Good stay overall. Had issues with the shower where water would seep underneath the door and spill all over the bathroom floor.Also the key cards would not work and had to be readjusted multiple times. There is no way that this hotel is worth the money. The priority here is on the bar and the hotel is an absolute afterthought, in my opinion. The music percolates through the whole hotel until 3am every night. If you are in Montreal for any other reason but binge drinking, stay somewhere else.

A very stylish hotel with decent sized rooms, free wifi and a helpful staff. Unfortunately, as many other reviewers have noted, noise can be an issue. It's disappointing that the walls, floors and windows don't keep your room quiet, especially being near a main road and a popular choice for bachelor parties. When we checked in, Opus couldn't find the reservation I had made through Cheap Tickets. They said they upgraded us to a King Deluxe Room. During the week the atmosphere was quiet and mellow; however, the weekend nights were very "clubby" with the outdoor bar rocking until 3 in the morning! Earplugs are provided by the hotel as there is no escaping the noise without them! I would stay here again.

great location

I wish they had a swimming pool...the location was perfect for walking to the Museum of Fine Arts, the Old Montreal as well as a cluster of great restaurants-2 blocks. the real jewel was a small bakery were we had breakfast every day- 2 blocks from the hotel. the restaurant adjacent to the hotel is great; food and service

Great location for Jazz Festival

Loved this hotel, it is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and the location was perfect. We literally walked down the street(closed off) to the jazz festival. Although we didn't eat at the resteraunt, it's outdoor lounge was perfect for drinks. Can't wait to stay again
