The location is ideal. It's near to the falls and it has inexpensive buffets around. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is pretty basic. The rooms needs to be cleaned and repaired (furnitures and wall paint, carpets). The beds are very comfortable.

Given the price, we had good value. There was nothing to complain about but don't expect a four star hotel. Sheets were clean and ironed, only one towel each. Bathroom adequate. The place could do with updating but I would say ideal for a young family.
