Best Hotel in Town

This hotel is located directly over the horseshoe falls and provided a clean and full service experience we expect from marriott. The pool was nice, but the best part was the view from the 28th floor. The "superior" room choice guaranteed a room above the 25th floor.

Watch your room title - not as expected

Booked on Expedia, "Suite, 1 King Bed, Jetted Tub (Full Falls View)." Upon check-in, what I got was only a King room on the 4th floor, not a suite. Very nice facility with superb view of falls

We were very happy with our stay and would happily return. The hotel was relatively quiet the day after Canada's Thanksgiving weekend, so none of the waits for elevators that others have noted. The restaurant is quite expensive, but the food was good.

Nice, close to the falls

You would think that paying $300.00 a night would include a parking spot, but they tack on a $25.00 a day plus a couple more dollars for tax!! 2 nights with parking $725,00, a bit high!!!

Close to Falls

Pool had an old, almost dirty feel but really that was the only negative. The free breakfast buffet was very well done (overlooking the falls) and the room itself was clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and overall it was a nice experience for a family of 4.

Great View

The hotel was very nice, parking beside the hotel and had a great view of the Canadian Falls. The most disappointing part of our stay was the front desk staff. I found them to be very stand offish and not friendly or welcoming. The Starbucks had one person working therefore every order the lady took she had to go make which made the wait extremely long

Terrible hotel

Room was outdated and dirty. We had never been to niagara falls and were very disappointed with our stay. The menu in the hotel restaurant was very limited. Not a good trip and will probably never choose Marriott again no matter what area we are in

Overrated and outdated

For the price and considering the star rating, we expected much more. The bathroom and furniture was severely outdated and the carpeting was dirty with blackened gum and stains. The view was fine, however and the staff were great.

Wonderful Views

The views and proximity to the Falls was great. Couldn't get enough of the spectacular views both day and night of the Falls, it was a wonderful choice. We booked a sight-seeing package through the hotel and it was fabulous. We had a wonderful time and left with quite a few "Kodak" moments to remember it with.

Nickel & diming

The room had an incredible view. For over $250/night I can't understand why they needed to charge extra for Wifi, parking ETC. I was waiting for there to be a coin slot for the toilet paper. Everything was extra.

I flew in to Buffalo airport and got a cab to Niagara Falls, Canada. Trip to Niagara Falls

It was a wonderful Trip, a Bus to Niagara falls and again back to Toronto by Megabus. We enjoyed very minute of the 2 days hoilday. The lights over the Falls at night was great, and we loved the Fireworks. Our meals were very nice. A very good time we had and would go back again.

Amazing falls view.

Our room has unobstructed view of the fall. The hotel is the closest to the horse shoe fall. We are very happy with our stay.

Comfortable and Satisfying

My fiance and I were just spending one night in Niagara and we found it excellent at the Marriott. We found the price quite affordable and the room was perfect, on the 17th floor. No complaints from us! They also had a breakfast menu on the bed for easy access room service in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was close to the falls and to various restaurants. The various bus lines were great to go to different parts of the city. The lady at the tour desk was very helpful. We took a great tour.

Over looking the falls

Was a nice room.the view was grand. Paying extra for parking and extra for a higher room was uncalled for. It should have been included in the price of the room.

Not worth the money

They stick you with all these extra charges, like $10 a dayfor wifi and the most expensive parking prices on the strip, the elevators take forever too overall not a horrible place but definitely not worth the money with all the extra charges.

The hotel was excellent; exceptional view of Canadian Niagara Falls. The negative portion of stay was the charge for PARKING in the hotel owned parking lot. Guests spend a great deal of money in resort areas. To pay an EXTRA $25.00 PER DAY to park in hotel parking lot after the travelers have already paid for the facility appears to be taking advantage of the visitors.

Booked 3 months in advance through expedia at good rate. Upgraded through expedia to get Falls view. When we got there we did not have a very good room and had to pay another upgrade to get a better room, which we did Room was beautiful and view was excellent. Room was not in the best condition

Second time stay

The hotel is nice, so we came back the second time. I like the view over the Falls. This time we stayed on the 3rd floor where there is the deck outside your window. The view is not as good as on the higher floors but the deck is good if you have kids or senior stay with you.

If you can get a falls view in this hotel, that is worth the value. Don't expect the rooms to impress you as they are quite dated. The lobby area and mezzanine are nice, and the Milestones/Starbucks inside is convenient.

This hotel is fantastic, the staff are really friendly and welcoming. The room is incredible we have a falls view room on the 12th floor with direct view over the falls. Breakfast is yummy too. I was just in front of the horseshoe fall. I could still hear the falls sound. This hotel is in the perfect location to see the Canadian and smerican fall. The lights shows at night is just beautiful. I love it !!!!
