I use this location regularly for rentals.  The staff are great, I often receive upgrades and the prices are very competitive.  I am completely satisfied.

Horrible experience from start to finish, surprisingly it was the management that provided the worst customer service, confirming the reason behind negative experience at that location.

I really hope this will get to the right person since this issue not only makes me upset but very frustrated and I feel lied to and taken advantage of.

WE got a stone chip on the windshield, that gradually tracked down with a line on the passenger side.    National worked with with VISA to cover the replacement, with little involvement from me after filling out the initial claim.    Visa and National worked together after that.Booking on line and picking up the car was no problem and the agent was helpful

This is my favourite go to location for car rentals.  The staff are helpful and very friendly, and the wait is never too long.   I'm an Emerald member so they do ensure efficient service is provided.    I'm very happy with their service!

This review is for the Alamo staff that share the same counter as National. The whole experience was very confusing. Was given a car with 50K on it and when I returned it the twit handling the return (different that the fellow that gave me the car in the morning) accused me of scratching up the car.

This is our go to for rentals in the city. The rates are almost always the best between either National or Alamo which are both at the same counter here. Great service, rental has been hassle for the many times that I've rented here.

Great service every time. The reps are always very friendly, courteous and always professional. If the manager is around, he is always there to ask me how the service has been and my answer is always excellent. I rent there for work all the time and they have always just made it a great experience.

I live across the street from this location, and don't own a car, so whenever I need to drive I always book with them. I have always found them helpful and prompt. Once the young man even helped me by putting all the seats down in the minivan I booked so I could use it for moving.
