Great venue for a client party

I attended Murrieta's for a recent client party our company put on and the venue was perfect. While the venue was packed the layout of the restaurant allowed for great flow for all clients. There were wine stations, and food stations throughout the venue and this kept people fed and happy.

We have taken many people to Murrieta's - visitors from out of town, colleagues who travelled in for meetings, and friends as well. Recently my company held an celebration lunch here with members of both our team and the client's team to celebrate a milestone. When I'm in Calgary I tend to go with steak b/c it is rather traditional here and they consider it important. So I had their smallest steak which was very well cooked and cooked medium rare like I ordered it, no small feat these days. I was also able to order a wine from the Okanagan, not a great wine by any means but I like to eat local and support local when I can.

Love the atmosphere! Such a nice place to go to for a nice outing. The open roof top is what really made me fell in love with this place. Food is awesome. Service is attentive and friendly.

Doesn’t Live up to the Hype

Fine Dining, Good Price, Excellent Service

Nice decor, plenty to choose from on the menu. Everything was well presented, and the portion sizes were substantial for this type of restaurant. I did not get a good look at the wine list, but judging by the displays the choices were ample.
