I was here the other day. I was in need of a cover for a baby carrier. It's been super cold and we just needed something extra. The staff were helpful and helped me find what I was looking for. Maybe things have changed with this place. Unless you know what people went through you cannot write off multiple negative reviews as baseless. People must have had legitimate issues and obviously felt strong enough to write something about it - and yes, most of these strong opinions will be negative because that's what often seems to make people want to express themselves.

Terrible service with over priced products.. Return policy is ridiculous... 14 day return policy... How are you supposed to give a gift to an expecting mom?

My only real complaint is that they aren't closer to me. I registered here for my twins and I got 10% off everything, as did everyone buying stuff for me. We got a lot of great little things here- everything from hair bows and headbands, to swaddle blankets, cloth diaper covers to the diaper bag of all diaper bags (Skip Hop). I have such mixed feelings about this place. First of all, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The challenge is that you will have to wait around for 20-30 minutes trying to get someone to help you (at least on a weekend). They are so short staffed and the store is so cramped that it makes for a bit of a frustrating experience.

I went in looking for a shower gift for a friend (and not having had a child yet) asked for some assistance in finding a good gift. I informed them of the lack of knowledge I had on the types of products they carry, but got no help at all when I asked. Surprised by the size of the store. Normally, independent baby/ kid stores are pretty small but this store has an upper level (which I did not visit since my little guy was sleeping in a stroller and I did not see an elevator) and spans the length of 3ish stores?!

This store has everything. I really mean everything. It's huge. It also carries a lot of high end products, and a lot of accessories (ie stroller accessories etc). We bought majority of our stuff here, and have been really happy with our experience at this store.

Fantastic selection. Has just about everything you could want. I did shop around for baby gear like strollers, etc. and generally found better prices elsewhere but still bought majority of baby stuff from here.

Their customer service is disgusting.

I was told one thing and received another and when I called them on it, I was told it was a misunderstanding. They would not compensate me or offer me anything in return for their mistake.

Staff on the stroller side can be very unhelpful even on a quiet day when you are out numbered by employees and spending $$$ money.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this store!

They've always been very helpful and eager to help anyway they can. One staff member even went as far as telling me Bugaboo prices would be going up in a couple days!

Their website is great too with videos and tips on just about everything!

Awesome baby store with excellent service. Staff are helpful and eager to serve. I needed some items that were not normally carried at the store so the staff found a way to get the items for me.
