Total rip off way too expensive. Complained to manager-did not respond appropriately.
Nice pizza joint, you can see all the action happening through the large kitchen windows. Comfy space, you can pick a booth, seats by the fireplace, or by the window.
Free parking at the rear!
They have a nice pizza selection (or you can create your own! ), fresh salads (with yummy garlic bread). For lunch, they have a lunch menu with combos of pizza+soup or salad, for example. They are smaller...

We had a great experience there tonight! The pizza was really good and the service was phenomenal. Actually, the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the only root beer they had was Barq's which has caffeine and while ya can't have pizza without root beer, not all of us can do caffeine. Not at all their fault but it was a shame for me.
The main reason for my posting a review of this...

Thin crust pizza for the win!
Oh my god, I don't think I've ever had better pizza than this!
I have been living in this area for 12 years, and I can't believe that it's my first time here! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I got takeouts, and the waitress offered me free pop while I wait. How nice is that? The pizza tastes amazingly fresh, with lots of toppings and super crispy crust....

Me-N-Ed's pizza - you are SO GOOD.
I haven't been to Me-N-Ed's in years and I can't reason with myself why I haven't been back lately. We were flipping through our Entertainment Book to find someplace to grab some dinner, remembered about Me-n-Ed's and decided to pay this location a visit. Big score for a 50% off pizza with Entertainment Book coupon!
Plenty of parking spaces available out...

Absolutely the best pizza around. I have been coming here for many years and they have never let me down. The staff is always friendly and the pizza always perfect.
After being away from BC for 20 years, it's nice to enjoy the thin and crispy crust of a Me N Ed's pizza; brings back childhood memories!
I remember coming here as a kid with my choir group and for some reason..I wasn't a fan. Granted this was when I was 10 so the time gap has been a good 17 years.
Anyhow, my guy has a legit wheat allergy and we were looking to find a gluten free pizza joint this Saturday evening. I remembered that someone had mentioned Me n Ed's has a gluten free option so we decided to give it a try. We both...

The pizza is exceptional here! I love the thinness of the crust and the generosity with the toppings. The atmosphere is very relaxing as it is usually pretty quiet when I come. One thing I have to point out is the exceptional service that always impresses me. The servers are always friendly and frequently come to replenish your drink. If you like smoked salmon, I recommend the smoked salmon and... more
Service was friendly and unhurried in this down to earth family type pizzeria. The choice of pizzas was quite varied, and the toppings were not skimpy either. We went twice for lunch during a business trip, and would definitely go back.
Would probably make a great family place, or even easy going date night restaurant. It's not an elegant, or...

Having tried out all the pizza places out there, from the mom and pop joints to the big chains, this pizza is special. Everything about this pizza is better, the crust, sauce, toppings, cheese, you name it! It's not the cheapest pizza out there but it's well worth the price. Definitely the Champagne of pizza parlours. I recommend to all... more
I really like this place.
The pizza is excellent. I especially like the thin crust. So light and airy and you don't feel like you've overeaten after visiting. I've tried about 10 varieties of pizza here and haven't been disappointed yet.
Staff are attentive and on-the ball.
Even when you get takeout, they offer you a pop while you're waiting. These guys even know how to make your waiting for...

I came here with 8 teenage boys, ordered 5 XL pizzas and they gobbled them up! The pizzas were fantastic if you like a thin crust style pizza. They're not so thin that it feels like you're munching on a cracker, but just right. My favorite was the Asiago and Meat lovers pizza. You can ask them to make the pizza look just like the photos :-)
WE bring our hockey team here sometimes! Great atmosphere for kids and families and the pizzas are good too! Love the GODFATHER pizza. YUM!
This has been our fall back location for a casual night out alone, or with the kids. The pizza is phenomenal! The atmosphere is casual and inviting. The service is quick and accommodating. Highly recommend this location to any pizza lovers!
I used to come here all the time when I lived in Coquitlam. Haven't had pizza like this anywhere else; love the crust! Highly recommended.
Walked a while to get here but really enjoyed the food and relaxed Friday night atmosphere. Would come back if ever in the neighbourhood.
Big brick ovens help make there pizza some of the best I've ever tasted! Coquitlam Me-N-Eds is nice and cozy especially when the fireplace is on.
First time ordering Me-n-Eds tonight. All seemed good until they showed up with only 3/4 of the order. The pizzas themselves were good and fresh, looked appealing, and the perogy pizza was the best of the bunch.
But, due to them having to go back for the lasagna, and the extra 20 minutes of sitting it had, it's was simply terrible. And for the price this restaurant charges, which is as much as...

We met up with friends for dinner here last night. I've never been here even though I passed by it so many times.
This location has been around forever (as long as I can remember).
The pizza was delicious. We got the meat lover and it was topped generous amount of meat and the crust was nice and thin, just the way I like it.
I love the idea of a pizzeria as well. Fun, casual and relaxing. No...

I love the pizza here and I love their daily specials! Very useful!
In general the services is good and fast. My favorite is the pesto chicken or shrimp but you can make your own !
Meh.
That's all I have to say about this place, really.
The good:
-Hot wings were great. They came with a couple pieces of celery in a paper bag which was... weird, but good I guess. It was fresh at least.
-The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful.
The mediocre:
The pizza was alright. I've had better pizza at some of the cheap-o 2for1 places.
The bad:
The price. Considerably more...

I live across the street from this place. It's great, but kind of expensive. I love the thin crust pizza! Also, the kids can watch them make the pizza!
Been here twice so it's time to rate the slice (yeah, I actually think I'm pretty awesome for the rhyming).
It's a good pizza parlour, not a greasy chain-type one like the hut or panago, and everyone I know says they have the best crust ever. I'm a bit more picky on my crust, since I prefer homemade, but they do a good pizza, have a really affordable lunch menu, and generally good service.
Win.
I grew up I'm coquitlam eating Me-n- Eds pizza. By far the best pizza I have eaten. They have the recipe down. U have to try it to believe it.
30yrs ago, I lived 1 block away from it, back then they used yellow painted vega's with ovens inside them to deliver the pizza's hot...I always walked to the restaurant for pickup, the pizza would just be on a cardboard circle and wrapped in foil, they now has corrollas to deliver the pizza and have actual pizza boxes. I moved away but for the last 15yrs get to eat a large pepperoni at least... more
30yrs ago, I lived 1 block away from it, they used yellow painted vega's with ovens inside them to deliver the pizza's hot. I moved away but get to eat a large pepperoni at least 10x a yr as my work takes me thru, sadly they know me by name... Its the only pizza worth eating.
I love their plain pepperoni pizza, its kind of spicy and makes the pizza so delicious. Try the whole wheat crust!
A favourite of mine since I was little. Great selection of pizza and I really like the crust.
By far the best pizza in the Tri-Cities. An institution. I have being going here for years. When you order to pick-up and they say 10 mins - they mean 10 mins. Always on time - hot and fresh. Thin crust, not oily - just great ingredients.
They have a huge selection of pizza so you won't have a problem finding one that you like. If you can't narrow it down to one choice, no problem - they can split the pizza in half with both! I love their thin crust and I enjoy watching them make my pizza from the window.
I took the bus out to Austin Avenue because I heard someone throw Me-N-Ed's name in the hat as the best pizza in Vancouver. I also secretly hoped that maybe it could be a covert landing craft of Neapoletan-style thin-crust pizza from planet Italy.
I think this Me-n-Ed's location is newer than the others, which Yelp says are "old school" and worn-in. That's the idea with the decor here too....

The pizza here is mindblowingly phenomenal. Great atmosphere. Occasionally it can get a bit busy, but you can't fault a place for being TOO successful. There's an area that kids can watch the pizzas being made which adds a nice touch.
HIGHLY recommended. Do it! Do it now.
