I brought in a piece I paid $6500 for 5 years ago. After making me wait in a wooden cubical, they offered to lend $500. The process took nearly 25 minutes and I never got to speak to whoever was making the offer of $500. Obviously I refused as the melt value alone was nearly three times that, not to mention the all the diamonds. You are kept separate and only have a sales person to deal with.... more

I've been a few times with 2 different clients. One client has bought rings there and the other client was getting something out that he had gotten a loan for. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Very nice store with lots of selection.

Friendly staff

The staff were nice and greeted me at the door. I didn't get a big loan, but I didn't ask for one and I was able to pay it back. Looking at their ipods and guitars prices seem good, about half of BestBuy. I will return.

If you want to get ripped off, go to McTamney. They offered 10cents on 1 dollar value. Service is sucks and rude.

Lowballs that scrape the floor

Parasites of the poor! They compare your items to the ebay etc. Prices, there is a difference in cost (shipping) let alone it takes time in post. I'd bet the sellinmark up price is huge compared to the price you buy from them. Go elsewhere!
