He is the best lawyer!
I used this firm twice now since moving from out west. He was recommended to me from family and friends who know him. Mr. Maggio is a true professional with caring heart. He’s a busy lawyer and for good reason. Anyone that I have asked for a lawyer’s name all pointed me to him and his office. He gave me straight answers and finished all the work i had for him. I will definitely go back for his legal service when I need. A little note he has a fantastic memory. While waiting for him there was someone he hasn’t seen in 10 or more years and when he came to the lobby he said hey welcome back! The client was shocked and so was I. Mr. Maggio i will see you soon. Lies about cost
This lawyer lies about the cost of his services. He quotes a price and then when the work is finally done, it is so much higher. This is the way he attracts people. He is rude and arrogant and uncouth. I would never recommend him. Plus, he loses track of files and doesn't seem to care once he is paid.
I checked out walkin law firm- excellent experience
I bought a house and did a will with him a couple of months ago. All I can say is that I now know what all the rave is about. He's great!!! I recommend him to everyone. He's got more degrees than my thermostat. And he loves people too. Just excellent!

Dear Anne, I have read your comment and asked my my staff regarding same. I've even done a computer search regarding the cheque you claimed to have received. Our cheque writing system allows me to track any and all cheques that come in and out of the office and with respect to yours there is none. If you are indeed a client please contact my office to meet with me.

I would double check his work! I found over a $1000 error!!!!
Months after using Maggio for a real estate purchase I noticed by using the CHMC website that the big fat cheque that he asks for to cover all costs such as down payment, CHMC fees and such was wrong by over $1000. When I contacted Maggio's office and informed the secretary that there might be an error I was asked to make an appointment. So I made an appointment and go to Maggio's office and the secretary hands me cheque and tells me to have a nice day. I did not even get to see Maggio!!!!!!! So ladies and gentlemen check his work. I've still got all mine just in case...

I bought a house and sold one. Paid almost nothing compared to other lawyers I used in the past. He gave me my smile discount cheque on the spot. Got my deed and documents when I picked up my keys.
I hate lawyers but this guy is nice. He speaks english, italian, french and he is learning mandarin.

Best lawyer in windsor. I saw him public I talked to him for at least an hour. He didn't mind. I sold my house through I paid $ 250. He gave a great discount he made me laugh. I got my papers the same day I closed. he is the best. This lawyer should run for office. He would change the country for the best.

It was refreshing to see a lawyer stand behind his word. I received my discount as advertised. I will use him again. I got 45 bucks back on a 395 real estate fee. I paid 355 as advertised. Thanks Mr. Maggio!!!!!!!!!

I used this firm they are great. I got the discount. Maybe you didn't smile. The lawyer has a great sense of people and humour. I did my divorce and didn't cost me thousands. I refer everyone I know to go there.
Beware This Lawyer
Lawyer Saverpierre Maggio published price list on multiple sources and claims "10% off if you smile". This is a lie. You call and ask about the smile discount and they say "sure". You go and sign the real estate transaction in his office and he would say "my secretory will handle this (discount)". You wait and wait for a couple of months with no billing statement coming from his office. You call and leave voice messages that are never to be returned. You send in your formal complaints and notify your intension of legal action if no billing coming. They would send you a billing statement finally if you are lucky, and only then would you be able to confirm that he/his business is a liar. There is no discount of what-so-ever. Don't believe? Try your own luck!
It is highly unbelievable that a law firm would cheat you for less than $50. But then they may have lots of (first-time) customers and the tricks add up quickly...

Specialize in Family law & Real estate, but they do offer all types of services. May need to be specific when you call as they can be a bit pushy for info.
