I agree with previous comments about the older receptionist. She is rude, never smiles, and very persistent. I went there recently on a Saturday and a newer, younger receptionist was there. She is 1000% better than the older one. Nice, calm demeanor, pleasant. Rated 4 stars is for her not the other one.

Mt family and I went to Dr Ma about 18 years ago. We found that he was a very carrying doctor. It was receptionist that drove us to find another another GP. He use to make "house calls" especially for the children and the elderly.

I saw Dr. Gilbert Ma since I came to Canada in 1972. He looked after all my family members well. He is very professional but you have to follow his instruction. I know he disliked lots of his patients because those people asked his judgement but taking Chinese medicines instead.
Some people say he is old, yes! He must over 75, but he still get his job done great.

He was my parents GP, but the last time my mom went to see him for a simple asthmatic problem, he didn't have any previous records of my mom medication.
