Convenient London Drugs location that is close to Chinatown and Gastown. It is located in a small shopping center across from a grocery store.
For those visiting Vancouver and utilizing the public transportation system, you can buy Translink FareSaver tickets as well as day and monthly passes here. The FareSaver tickets are great if you are visiting on weekends. You can buy the 1 zone tickets...

do not go to london drugs to get your passport photos done, they are horrendous.
I was shocked at the bad lighting and how it made my photo look awful. I had it redone at SuperBest at 925 Georiga St, same price but amazing photo!!
The head office I believe was who reached out to me and apologized about my experience . The Manager Garth contacted me and asked if I could come in and meet with him which I did. He was extremely polite and nice which I really appreciate . We got the issue resolved and I am more than happy about it. The customer service of London drugs gastown is over the top amazing
Really nice to have a LD in this part of town - if you need daily household things, this is a lifesaver, especially when you need a better selection than what Rexall nearby carries.
Parking here is a bit awful during the day unfortunately. Stupid parking meters.
Not too much to say about the store itself, other than that it's like all of the other ones out there. In other words, if you live...

I came in here looking for socks and batteries and got what I was looking for. They carry what every other London Drugs carries, however, what prompted me to come here is that they had a sale on Zevia singles and I wanted a pair for my best friend and I before a concert. Get the cola fix but healthier. The lady at the check out just needs to smile more.
Great customer service and this location has a post office if you walk down the esclator on your left hand side. Score!
I like things new, esp. when it's nice and bright, 2 levels, and a big store is definitely needed, esp. in this part of town by Gastown, let's urbanize it.
Just careful of their sales, you will still save money but they're regular prices at Superstore or No Frills. Every now and then, they will have a really good sale, which you'll notice when they limit you to certain quantity, ie. Maxwell's...

London is not Vancouver.
Drugs are not Food.
Identity crises seem to be all the rage in drug stores these days... Is that why the pharmacists here don't really seem to know / care whether a person is suffering from an antibiotic side-effect or just plain seasonal allergies?
Good sale prices on candy and random electronic goods (like SD cards), but it's a drug store. Now just let that settle...

As far as London Drugs goes, this place is okay. It serves its purpose. I usually bring my prescriptions in here because it is a convenient location. I buy my bus passes here. I bought a vacuum here.
Just make sure you phone in your prescription before you come! The pharmacists are always rushing around trying to answer the phone and tend to the customers who are there in person. They could...

Handy store to have in the neighborhood. They develop pictures and take passport photos which is nice. They also have a good selection of household items, pharmacy, makeup, and office departments. I usually buy my cereal from here since they always have good sales on usually expensive cereal.... more
I've always been a big fan of London Drugs (service, selection, atmosphere, price), but I finally visited the Woodwards location. Expecting some sort of dumbed down version of the London Drugs I'm used, I was pleasantly surprised. They did not have the full selection of Dolce Gusto coffee pods I was looking for, but the service was amazing! I didn't realize their ad prices end on a Wednesday,... more
Biggest and best selection London Drugs I've come accross. Great electronics section upstairs. It's located in the rebuilt Woodwards complex. The occasional "interesting character" wanders through, but there's 24 hour security around the complex. Staff are great.
A new location next to the Woodward's building. The store is large, new and spans two levels.
I found the staff helpful and the store stocked with the breadth of items you'd expect from London's. This location isn't too busy so it's clean, uncluttered, and easy to shop.
We came the first week it was opened. Having this store will help to revitalize the area and growing neighbourhood and the old Woodwards building is going to shine and sparkle again!
Two floors of London Drugs stuff which is from Pharmacy to food to electronics to whatever else you can think of.
The staff were vrey friendly. We were quite excited about all of this being within the Woodwards...
