Nce!!
Very nice store. Electronics area well staffed all were very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. Prices are great, name brands usually lower electronics stores.
Need more staff
They need more staff to help customers, Camera Department especially, but store-wide would help. Prices are good if you wait until something goes on sale. Nice selection.
So many things here
There is an amazing amount and variety of goods here for the size of the store, and the prices are very reasonable. Good for photofinishing, electronics, drugs, toys, cards - pretty much everything.

their prices are ridiculous, always find what i want for cheaper elsewhere. phones, videos etc dept. is good

They always have something you end up needing for a really good deal! Love going there! The staff is really helpfull too!

I find that the computer and camera team always helpful. They know their stuff and are not pushy!
photofinishing
I use their photofinishing services and am always impressed. Not the cheapest place to print your photos but they always do an excellent job.

Attempted to call the Kamloops location to ask a question in the computer department. After being transferred to this department, no one ever picked up the phone, it rang until I was cut off. Called back to the main customer service line and they tried to put me through again but no one picked up. Great convenient location. Staff aren't always friendly. We tried to call ahead before going to the store, and they hung up on us.
But they do have a variety of items from beauty, sun care, seasonal and holiday, electronics & household.
I sometimes come here just to use the RBC bank machine.

This review specifically pertains to the pharmacy at this London Drugs rather than the store itself.
I have had to stop by here for multiple vaccinations in the past few months and I have been nothing but impressed by the service I have received here. Three different people gave me vaccines and they all made me feel comfortable and respected. I recommend calling ahead if you need a vaccination...
