Excellent Products and Service
The Lighting Warehouse is the only place in the lower mainland to visit if you're looking for high end lighting products. I've visited many other lighting stores, even specialty lighting stores and nothing comes close in comparison to The Lighting Warehouse. Their selection is exceptional, it's easy to get lost in showroom since it's so large. Their products range from entry-level midrange to custom one-off showpieces. They do not stock garbage products and their staff are knowledgeable on installation and maintenance. Their sales change every month and you can easily get high end products for heavily discounted prices. Definitely the number one lighting store in Vancouver.

One star for great selection. Zero for remarkably poor customer service. Made two visits. The first time no one bothered to acknowledge us. The second time we walked back and forth by the customer "service" counter and went unacknowledged while the staff chatted to one another and ate chips and drank coffee. Awful. Yeah the place is enormous, but I walked around for 5 minutes looking for outdoor lighting, past half a dozen employees, and not one even looked in my direction. When I did ask for help, the employee (or owner perhaps, based on his imperious manner) stood arms crossed and didn't say a word once he showed me the section - worst customer service I've had in years, I'll never go back.

The place is huge. The selection is huge especially if you like traditional lighting. They don't carry any artichoke lighting or bocci -- go to Lightform for that baby. But this warehouse carry serious swarovski lighting and customer service is amazing. You get a quote on the spot and you're always welcome to check their lighting catalogs. HORRIBLE!
Yes, they have great selection, but selection doesn't matter if you never receive your light!!!
We ordered and put a deposit on 2 outdoor lights in SEPTEMBER and were told they would be ready for pick up in 4-6 weeks, it is now FEBRUARY and we still have not received our lights! We never had any one call us to update us on our order, WE had to call to find out. Our salesperson has...

This place has a HUGE selection, huge!!! The most I've ever seen however they show both Regular Price and Wholesale Price, but I'm not sure which wholesale they are talking about because their Wholesale Price is a few dollars more than a few other sale prices I've found in the lower mainland.
This place is worth a look if you are looking for a huge variety.

Huge selection of lighting (crystal chandeliers, bathroom fixtures, garden, table lamps, reading lights, etc,etc) you name it, they've got it. If they don't have it they will get it for you. Great prices and outstanding, friendly service. One of the sales people, Grace, is a treasure. I've shopped here for years and it is always the first store I head to when I need lighting and at a great price.
