We went there once and booked for our second appointment. We were running late by 10 mins and called ahead telling them we are going to be late by 10 mins. They said okay. We got there and they told us we are late, our appointment is no longer standing.

Nothing but 5 stars for this establishment. Dr. Z truly cares about the patients / pet owners. Charming and professional staff. Very fair prices, too! Even gave me a cage for my cat. Warmly recommended.

We rescued a cat in 2009 and did not realize the extent of his health problems. Poor cat had such bad fleas that he was borderline anemic. I've been here a few times with my dog and found the staff to be really nice.

They always ask his name or address him by name and give him special attention. The vet was good each time I've met with him and been in the presence of my dog.
