The service was fantastic, the food was fantastic, the location was fantastic. We had smoothies (really big!), nachos (I can't remember when I've had better), pizza (very unique flavor, really great), a crepe (yummy vanilla sauce), and poutine (my first ever). Recommend this restaurant whole-heartedly!!
Just OK, pizza is reasonable, I tried the fruti di mara pasta which was just eatable, service is unbelievably SLOW,,,
However, location and hamburgers are great.
We had a taste for a breakfast meal, and had not seen too many places offering that. We found this place and were very satisfied with it. It was a Saturday so they were very busy. There were only 2 servers, so we waited a bit for our food. But it was a very relaxing place to sit and do some... plus
Went to L'Accent during my stay in Quebec City and enjoyed my meal. I had the veggie omelette and hubby had French toast and eggs. The food tasted pretty good and the portion size was large. We both had our meals with the baguette which was nice and fresh. The hot chocolate was very nice also. Overall it was a... plus
L'Accent is right across the street from the Quebec Marriott and a block down the hill from the Hilton. They serve breakfast until 3:00 PM each day, and lunch and dinner at regular times. The food is good--not haute cuisine, by any means, but better than you'll find at most other walk-ins. My business colleague, my wife and I ate... plus
We had breakfast here and paid over $40 for a plate of crepes, two croissants and 2 coffees. YUP! $40. The meal was over $30 and we paid with a credit card, and they automatically added a 15% tip (this was a group of 3, mind you). I have never ever experienced this but was in a rush so didn't... plus
we went here one night to have psoup. we ordered chicken soup with wonton and my husband ordered tuna. we barely ate them. the taste is unexplainable. the tuna taste like it was in the freezer for months! and the prices are high!
After walking past this restaurant and dining elsewhere (even though L'Accent was very close to our hotel), we decided to give it a try, based on TripAdvisor reviews. What a wonderful surprise! The food was very well prepared and delicious, the prices quite reasonable (great to find during high season) and the staff friendly and efficient. We wound up eating... plus
We walked here on our first night in Quebec City - it was close to the hotel. I had a wonderful steak meal and my wife started our Canadian adventure with Poutine. We were the only ones there for quite a while even at 6:30 on a Thursday. Menus were bilingual as was the waiter who had the time to... plus
All you can eat mussels... It was amazing!
Beer is cheaper then in old Quebec, but 50%.
Service was fantastic.
Eat inside or outside. I know that that they have more then breakfast, but that is what we enjoyed. They featured a good range of breakfast meals. The service equaled the quality of the food . It was a solid stop for us.
We walked in around 7:30. There was just one waiter who was servicing the whole place by himself. It took 5 minutes to just get seated (and there was no line). He seemed exhausted, but friendly enough.
Large portions, but nothing particularly special with the food. We ordered a mix of things, and none of us really enjoyed what we...

If you're looking for an exceptional breakfast, you've just found it. Our family visited on a late Tuesday morning before the lunch rush. The French toast and pancakes are excellent. Be sure to order them with fruit and you'll get a generous helping of fresh cut up strawberries, pineapple, orange, melon, etc. If you want a heaping helping of fruit,... plus
Stumbled upon this gem watching the St Patrick Day Parade. Ate every morning afterwards. The food is fresh, good quality. It's an easy $15 plate for breakfast on average but it's the best bang for your buck for Breakfast in Quebec city.
We had dinner here while in Quebec City. Great service. The food was amazing. I felt like the value was good also. We so enjoyed it and had we had longer in Quebec City, I would have gone back!
We were staying at the Hilton nearby. It was a very cold January day and we were not willing to walk too far into the historic district to have dinner. We happily found this place where the waiter spoke fluent English and even gave us a menu in English. He was very friendly and helpful with our food-allergy requests (nothing... plus
Delicious crepes. Great service (went in a few times). Portions are too large for me but great variety of fruit and main on plate. Definitely recommend.
Enjoyable dining with our 2 year old. Chef made special pizza for him, great portions, good ambiance.
They seem to be able to accommodate a large amount of people in a variety of sizes of groups with no issues. A huge assortment of different types of foods mean there will be something for everyone. The prices are all very reasonable and English is not only spoken but there is a separate English menu.
We started coming here...

Good food served with panache. Relaxing atmosphere in centrally located restaurant. Helpful staff willing to smile, engage and offer great service. Fluently bilingual. We did not explore late-night hours, reservations nor delivery.
We were staying at the Hilton and found this place right around the corner. It became a favorite of ours for those times we didn't want to walk to the Old City. I have been here with my wife, with a group of friends, and on my own. I like the wide selections for every palate. It gets really busy,... plus
The plate was heaping with mussels, they were for the most part large plump mussels, cooked in a white wine sauce, we shared the plate between the two of us, it was both reasonably priced and delicious.
We have stayed at the Hilton in QC many times and usually have breakfast here. It is right around the corner and half the price for much better food.
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything is done well.
The breakfast menu is full of French specialties and the usual grilled meats, pancakes, waffles, omelettes etc. Everything is cooked...

We returned to L'Accent three times during our trip to Quebec for their fabulous breakfasts. We enjoyed a variety of the extensive menu: croissant, omelets, crepes, benedicts over pain raisin, rosti (potato pancake) topped with a rich cheese sauce, vegetables and egg, and a towering muesli-yogurt-fruit parfait (perfect)! Delicious regular coffee is included with most breakfasts, but you may... plus
I went there for breakfast with a few friends of mine. The food was ok, nothing exceptional (I had the smoked salmon eggs benedict).
The location is very convenient for tourists in old Quebec or for business people working downtown.
Service was quick and efficient.
Enjoy quebec city!
This has been a frustrating experience. The wait is ridiculous. This restaurant is either understaffed or extremely disorganized. I had plenty of time to make observations. It appears that the only table that got a decent service was that of a staff member who brought her family over for drinks (party of 8). The rest of us had to wait...... plus
i eat here all the time when I'm in quebec. it can get busy during the peak travel seasons. but they do there best to get you seated and your order. food is always great. free wifi while you wait.
While we waited to get a table, two couples left their seats because they we tired of waiting to get service. That sums it all for the speed of the service.
The food is good though, if you manage to survive the wait. The kitchen is in plain sight of the dining room, so you are treated to a nice...

We had the opportunity to try both breakfast and coffee/dessert at L'Accent. Initially selected due to the proximity to the Convention Center, it quickly became a go-to place for delicious food at reasonable prices. The interior was bright and beautiful with large skylight and many windows, offering a panoramic view of the busy streets. The menu is varied, food was... plus
Dropped in here because it was close to the Convention Center. Staff switched effortlessly to English once they heard my horrible Quebecois accent. They were attentive without being intrusive. I ended up having the second best meal of my five stay in Quebec City! I had the ham, cheese and asparagus crepes with bechemel sauce - Yum! I had crepes... plus
This restaurant is in a convenient location, very close to the Hilton hotel and the conference centers. The food is delicious - be sure to try the home made strawberry jam! They also have very generous portions, especially given the price. They have a wide variety on the breakfast menu (from omlettes, to crepes, to variations on eggss benedict and... plus
Located adjacent to the Hilton & Palais des Congres convention area. The restaurant is cozy with friendly service. It was recommended by the hotel valet for their good food at great value. We were not disappointed.
On a trip in February 2013 for Carnival, friends and I were staying at the Hilton Quebec. Very close by (outside the centre side entrance of the hotel) is L'Accent. We ate here for breakfast twice on a 3 day trip.
Atmosphere - quiant, comfortable, lots of natural light, accessible
Food - awesome! Large portions for breakfast with great extras...

Great breakfast place. Just down from the Hilton. Half the price of what you pay at Hilton. Take escalators from the hotel all the way down, turn left, half a block.
Went fir a quick supper at this restaurant situated near the Hilton, Marriott and Palace Royal. This restaurant is before the walls leading into Old Quebec. Their special for the evening was steak and fries or all the mussels you coud eat. I tried the Calabrese pizza and although it was good, it was not as good as others I... plus
We ate breakfast here two mornings with our children while staying nearby at the Hilton. The breakfast food (eggs and crepes) were delicious and the portions very large. Consider sharing a plate of crepes because it's far too much for one person. The service was very good.
I have gone to this place quite a few times in the past, but lately, the food doesn't impress me as much as it used to, and the decor is definitely starting to need a bit of a refresh. My breakfast was quite greasy and the smoothie was too sweet.
Good place to stop eat and relax. Service is perfect, multi- language ( english as well) Bar tender is very helpfull to explain the menu .
I happened upon this restaurant right after I got into Quebec City, and was very happy this was where I ended up eating. The service was great and the meals were reasonably priced.
Good food, choices, and prices. The breakfast entrees were killers! It was so convenient to The Hilton.
Excellent and friendly service, steak with frites and carrots was 12$ only, very good despite the food wasn't warm. For the price it's very correct, the dessert (crème brûlée and profiteroles) were very very good. For 2 persons : 2 steaks + frites + carrots + 2 icetea + 1 coke+ 2 espresso+ 1 bier = 60 dollars, very cheap!
This restaurant is split into 2 one side is the Bistro and the other a wonderful coffee shop offering friendly service and excellent coffee, as well as free Wifi. It opens early in the morning approx 0700 and remains open through to 2300. it is easy to while away the time here. There is a wonderful selection of very interesting... plus
It must depend on when folks went to this place if you read previous reviews. It was later in the evening, we were hungry, restaurant was open in we went. The place itself is nice enough, it was packed with people, and most tables had no food on them which should have been our first hint that something was amiss!... plus
I had a good experience eating at this restaurant. The food and the service were great. I ate a sea food pasta and cheese cake as a dessert and it was delicious.
We happened into this restaurant which was near our hotel. The food and service and atmosphere are very good. We ordered the California salad, which was fresh and creative. We also had a pasta dish, which was very good.
Food was great. I loved our waiter. He was extremely busy but knew the menu and thought he was very attentive. We went back the next day and he remembered both mine and my daughters selections from the day before! Great value.
We ate here because we could not find any place near that is open for lunch, and... yuck! Typical fast food garbage at Quebec price. Eat at MacDonald, it will not be worse than this.
Staff here were very helpful. The coffee was a bottomless cup and although there were 2 of us, only charged for one cup (we had 2).
Meals were huge. My nachos could have fed both of us. Delicious.
Loved the fact it was close to the Hilton and you can eat outside on the patio. The steak was delicious as was the Caesar salad.
I would give this place a 0/5 if possible - i guess the only thing it has going for it is it's location. As first time visitors to the beautiful city of Quebec, we decided to try out this restaurant, its location on a rather busy popular tourist area and menu seemed appealing from the outside. That is where the... plus
This bustling café is a Canadian chain which is well worth a detour. It will probably become your favorite breakfast spot!
L'Oeuforie boasts an extraordinary number of dishes all based upon the egg ("un oeuf" in French). Euphoric? You bet! The menu ranges from the classics (bacon and—you guessed it—eggs) to the fancy (eggs benedict in any number of combinations, including a vegetarian version)...

This pleasant little bistro offers a very wide range of tasty and well-presented breakfasts with views out onto the Rue St Jean, so you can watch the city waking up while you eat. And it’s just a 5-minute walk down the bank from the Hilton Hotel.
