The only place to go
As a pet owner that loves her animals, Dr. Brisbin is the one to have. It doesn't matter what concern or time you can call her anytime and after hours at her residence, they would not hestitate to come out and meet you to examine your dog. The staff is incredible and is full of love, and emotion which I find to be exceptional. Dr. Brisbin will explain in full detail of any concerns, test results or illnesses. She doesn't make guesses on what could be wrong to just rack up your bill. She does everything a good vet does with diagnoses. My oldest dog was diagnosed with cancer and passed away but everything was explained in detail, in compassion, with HONEST answers and the next steps or options. Our 2nd dog suffers from kidney failure since 2014 he took a turn for the worse after the loss of our other dog and Dr. Brisbin and staff see him regularly on a weekly basis for treatments. They all go over and beyond taking care of him, showing him love, comforting me and they become your family too.

I would 100% recommend Kingsville Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a great vet. They know what they're doing here and I've seen them give my animals the best care possible.

The staff and services provided are all excellent at Kingsville. They treat you respectfully and take care of any questions or concerns you have with you pet.
Top notch vetinarian clinic.
Dr. Brisbane has been wonderful to our dogs. She is very knowledgeable, always explains things in detail, never rushes you out of the office. In addition, Dr. Brisbane has championed our dogs with our pet insurance carrier, making sure that they provide us with appropriate reimbursement. This has been truly helpful to us. We would not have been able to do it without her assistance. We have also had the pleasure of consulting with Dr. Braithwaite with our conure on two different occasions. We are lucky to have a vet in our area who is so knowledgeable about avian medicine. We believe the bird would not have survived without his assistance. The clinic technicians have always been so pleasant and helpful. I especially like the follow up they provide and the fact that Kristin calls to check to see if we need medicine when she is placing an order. That is a personal service level that we have not experienced elsewhere. Chris, who was our first contact with this establishment has been amazing. When you call Chris you know that you will get whatever you need. If she doesn't have the answer immediately, she will get it for you, but often she can help you right away as she too is very knowledgeable. Everyone at the clinic clearly love the animals and what they are doing. The clinic itself is clean and well run. You rarely have to wait to see the doctor which is nice, and yet you are never rushed out of the exam room so clearly they don't overbook. They have been helpful, also, to us with questions on wildlife and I have seen them take in sick animals when I was at the clinic. They provide a transfer service for sick animals to a local wildlife centre. This service is important to us because we live in a rural area and see so many injured animals. I feel supremely confident in the service they provide and would highly recommend them.

The staff at this animal clinic is friendly and knowledgeable about animal care. They explain all procedures in detail that a normal person can understand.

Wonderful Pet Care
I got my first dog a couple years ago and had a lot of questions about being an owner. I came here and they answered all my questions and gave me great advice. Now, my dog is healthy and very well behaved. Thanks!
