First of all, our room was tiny, and extremely outdated.
We could barely get in the door due to the antiquity of the lock.
The electrical plug ins in the room were unable to actually hold the plug, and would fall out at random times.
The fridge in our room leaked water everywhere!

Nice but dated

No one can deny that the view and location are great but for goodness sake with the prices you charge do something to fix it up and justify the costs we as patrons are paying.

I went in a group of 17 and I can't even begin to say how amazing the service was....they defined accommodating. The resort is stunning, the spa immaculate, and the restaurant serves the best food I've had. 17 women for 3 days in complete bliss.

Here for a couple of nights in a basic room. Nice view, room clean. Has old tube tv(who has those anymore!) Had room refresh on 2nd day but no refresh on toiletries used. Never seen that in a resort before.Coffee maker with Starbucks coffee and fresh was nice.
