Do yourself and your customers a favor and hire new management
the food tasted like c@!p and was served ice cold , for the amount we paid this place won't have my money ever again (hire some new staff you will see the difference) Reorted to manager, he couldnt have cared less excuse was lame... short staffed.... i seen 3...

Very Disappointed
January 16, 2013When my wife and I went, the restaurant wasn’t busy. Our food took forever to come out. When it finally arrived, my mashed potatoes were cold and the portion size was ridiculously small. We were not impressed at all. We won’t be returning to this location.

Above average service, just average food
January 13, 2013Its a Kelseys. Just average stuff. Food is good, with a good selection. They just don't do anything to set themselves apart. However, I've eaten here a few times and I would and do go back. At least its consistent.

Exceptionally long time taken to serve very mediocre food in very small portions
October 19, 2012The restaurant was not busy. The food orders took about 1 hour to come out. Our 4-year old cannot wait that long and remain civil. The portion sizes we very small. The cost was higher than similar restaurants. Not recommended.

Adequate
September 02, 2012Adequate food but not for a special occasion. For the price you would expect a little more. Restaurant needs a complete overhaul in terms of their seating and tables. Looks a little dirty and has a damp smell. However, I find all kelseys in a similar condition.

Comfortable ambiance and very friendly wait staff

If prices were lower than it would be average
May 27, 2012The same type of typical overly greasy food found in most pub restaurants. Servings are overly large which is the usual standard for this kind of restaurant, which serves large quantities of food over quality and fresh ingredients. Unappetizing and unimaginative menu.

Kelsey's on Fairway Road - Consistently a solid choice

We had occasion to visit this restaurant twice in one week - once me with my girls, once as a family of four - and it has proved a consistently good choice.

A Good Experience
April 06, 2009I went here a couple months ago, just for a Sunday lunch. Food was good - no complaints. Obviously, it's a food chain, so the menu is not very risky or unique. But if you are looking somewhere past fast food, and want to feel satisfied, this is the place.
