My server was Rachel, she was great. All the servers are very nice, quick, and caring. The food is very good! I'd definitely recommend going to Kelsey's any chance you get
My husband and I stop here when visiting the fallsexpensive food and drinks but expect that with location. We had wonton nachos they were good and filling.Service not the best but they are busy so understand.Make sure you bring plenty of money and have patience is my suggestion.
Loved the atmosphere of this restaurant for lunch time hours. Can't beat the location!! Perfectly located within walking distance of practically everything in Niagara Falls tourist area.
We were a bit disappointed with the choices on the menu, and of course the prices were ridiculous, but we didn't expect anything less in this tourist trap. Not too many choices on...

This restaraunt was very good..no complaints at all. Our waitress ,host, bartender were all great. Highly recommend if your in the area .
We stopped by Kelsey's for a late dinner/snack. I had a side of fries and my husband had one of their sizable burgers.
Everything was very tasty, and the service was good. The place was quite busy, so it's nice to get good service even from servers who have a ton to do.
There was live music the night we...

Located among a bunch of fast food restaurants in the main Niagra Falls, Ontario tourist area Kelsey'sl Bar & Grill was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, very fresh, abundant quantities and good prices. Also, the service was super with very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient servers.
I realize the entire area was very busy. People everywhere. We managed to get a seat on the patio which was very nice. The food was very good. I had a French Dip Sandwich with a horseradish sauce that I thoroughly enjoyed and my wife had a fish sandwich that was also very good. But we had to wait quite... more
Kelsey's is a tranquil oasis in the middle of the Clifton Street spectacle. The food is good and dependable. I had the roast beef sandwich and my wife had a cheeseburger. Both were very good. Tasty and generous portions. The service was excellent. The musician was a bonus.

The food was very enjoyable for a light lunch. The entertainment on the patio was excellent. The staff was very attentive to our needs.
If you go to this restaurant I hope you will have the good fortune to have Jenna be your waitress. She was so sweet and personable. We were on our first date and she commented at how comfortable we seemed with each other. When we told her we just met less then 24 hours before, she was amazed and complimented... more
A very comfortable pub like place to stop and have a quick bite to eat and a plentiful selection of draft beer. The outdoor seating is very nice as was the entertainment that we stayed to listen to.
We go to Kelsey's frequently. The mudslides here are like a milkshake and they are always willing to make them for us even though they are not on the menu for the summer.
We were able to eat at a table outside. It was nice to enjoy and watch all the people go by. Food was good, but disappointed at the drinks. My peach Bellini-tini was tini. It was in a martini glass half full. They told me if I had the double it would have been a full glass. Maybe use a... more
sat on the patio, live music, good food, full restaurant, not enough servers = slow service. Overall: enjoyed it and will go back and suggest it!
Server was nice and fast.
My order was a Montreal smoked sandwich. The sandwich was tasty, not too toasty yet crisp and had a wonderful flavour. The fries was not too oily, not burned but tenderly crispy, in a light golden yellow colour. A piece of pickle that came with the order could have been two or three, but its...

It was a beautiful evening, so the outside area was very crowded and there was live music. We sat for nearly 15 minutes after our "server" told us she'd be right with us. We were about to leave when Emily saved the day! Once she arrived, everything went smoothly. The food is nothing to rave about but there's a huge... more
Couldn't have had a better time here at Kelsey's. Michelle H did a phenomenal job serving us. So amazing, that we have been here for over two hours now and are having a hard time leaving. Never in our lives have we received such good service from an individual before. This will 100 percent make us come back again. Thank... more
We ate here on our first night when arrived at the falls. We sat outside and listened to the music which was nice. All four us ordered different burgers. They were average nothing about them really stood out. The service was good.
We ate here as a family of four during our 3 day stay in Niagra Falls. The menu was varied and included several clearly marked veggie options (which most restaurants in the area don't). The service was prompt, helpful and very warm/friendly. Food portions were very generous and everything was absolutely delicious! The live music added to the atmosphere and... more
Nice bar seating. Friendly staff. Food was yummy. Close to walk to. Had live music which we really enjoyed.
We took the family for a late dinner (arrived around 8:30) after a long day of sightseeing. They sat us right away as it was past the dinner rush and there was plenty of empty seats. We sat in a fantastic covered patio area where they had a musician playing guitar and singing; the sound was very good and the... more
We ate lunch at this restaurant and weren't very impressed over all. The menu was a bit limited and I felt even more limited because I don't eat spicy food. It seemed that most of the dishes were spiced up with something- jalapeno, wasabi, horseradish etc. My husband asked about a sandwich on a specialty bread that he didn't want.... more
There were some mixed reviews about this place but I would go back for lunch ever day if I could. Good drinks and the chicken parm sandwich was amazing.
Went out on the town tonight with a few of my buddies. The service was absolutely amazing and always served with a bright smile! Will definitely visit this restaurant many times again and so should you if you plan to be visiting Niagara! ;)
Whenever our family goes to Niagara, we always go to this Kelsey's. The summer time is the best time to go as they have window/patio seating. Food is great, service is served with a friendly smile! Always look forward to our next visit!
We dined at Kelsey's for lunch on our first day at the Falls. The restaurant has a lovely, summery atmosphere which is helped by the open-air nature of the dining area. We had the nachos which were delicious. The rice wontons were a nice change from regular corn chips. Customer service was excellent.
We sat open-air style right next to Clifton Hill and overlooking the haunted house next door. Nice to people watch. Hanging flower pots were beautiful. Service a tad slow for not having a lot of customers on a Sunday. Prices in line with the area. $43 for 2 kids meals, 10 wings, and reuben rollups. Kids pizza had a sweeter... more
My (adult) son and I stopped for dinner early on Saturday evening. We sat at the bar which was fine for us. We were greeted immediately. While service was a bit slow, I will say that the barmaid who waited on us was always moving. Luckily we were not in a hurry and enjoyed the live music from the patio... more
This place had sweet lemon iced tea...a southern US customer's dream. The hubby had the double bacon cheeseburger which was good. I had the Montreal meat sandwich which was kinda like a dressed up Reubens that was good. Their fries are very crispy which was to our liking.
We stopped in at Kelsey's on the first night of our trip to Niagara Falls. It is located right at the top of Clifton Hill, a great location. The food is casual but upscale and very good. Service was great and we loved the guitar player/singer on the outdoor patio.
My boyfriend and I visited Niagara Falls for 3 days. And out of the three we visited Kelsey's . The food is not that great, but the ambiance its nice! :) we will recommend it if you want to take a break or have a quick bite. The stuff is good and they have live music as well which is... more
Our server, Jeremy, was quick to remedy a mistake made in the kitchen. My chicken, beet and goat cheese salad came out with no chicken. We thought this location would be like the kelsey's we are used to back home, but we're very disappointed.
They are a test restaurant for a new menu which offered very limited options and did not include many of our favourites like balsamic chicken, pasta or fajitas. We ended up ordering appetizers to split, as none of the entrees appealed....

We went to Kelseys based on what our local Kelsey restaurant is like, big mistake, the service was horrible, the food worse, We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come and take drink orders, 3 waters and a soda, not hard, but that took another 10 minutes to get, after ordering it took close to 25 minutes for... more
I had a low expectation for that dinner. Wings, burger and beer was what I was looking for.
We sat in the patio and waited a long time before somebody came to us. Then we waited even longer for the food to come.
Finally the food came and nobody enjoyed it. It was just not good.
Do not recommend
Kelsey's is in the Chapel Hill area which seems a little too "circus" for me but we wanted somewhere that we could walk to. It is a lot like an Applebee's or TGIFridays. It was the only place we found that offered a drink special. It was a bucket of beers which was great for us. The food being served... more
After an all day sightseeing adventure at the falls, this was a perfect spot for a more upscale meal beyond much of the tired surrounding restaurants. Dinner - Burger (Very very good), Meat sandwich (delish) and noodle soup... more
We went to Kelsey´s twice during our stay in Niagara Falls. First for luch, we had great sandwiches, and the next day we shared the nachos between 4 people and they were so good.
They have a good selection of draft beers and it was the perfect spot to watch the games during the Fifa World Cup.

Recommended. The above named sandwich was tasty, good quality meat and nicely presented. My girlfriend had a burger, also good. Pricey like almost everywhere in NF. Server was friendly and attentive. Had my first Alexander Keith's beer there too, a classic Canadian brew. Now sold in the USA, and unfortunately owned by AB.
Had a late lunch there - I had boneless wings & fries and hubby had burger & fries - generous portions - everything was very good. Waiter was friendly and efficient. Price was reasonable. Good place for some good food.
We had a great dinner and our server Caprice was terrific. With four drinks and two meals we spent under $65. What a pleasant change from the other establishments we visited here in Niagara Falls. Thank you Kelsey's and Caprice.
Service a bit slow, but it was pretty late I guess.
Burger pretty tasty and definitely hit the spot for the midnight hunger pangs.
I needed a take out order because my family wanted pizza that night, and I didn't. I wanted something Asian or Thai and the girl at the counter told us the Asian Chicken Noodle Bowl (Ramen) entrée was good, so I went with that, and she was right it was delicious, but $16.00 for a little bit of chicken (4... more

Great great place to eat. The food was not nearly as expensive as the surrounding restaurants and it was even more delicious. The wonton nachos with chicken were superb. I highly recommend this place. Great stop after the sky wheel
Right at the top of Clifton Hill, Kelsey's offers decent food and drink at a good price. A singer/guitarist was there when we took lunch.
Nice Air Con as well!
In the land of the $20.00 breakfast, Kelsey's was a nice find, located towards the top of Clifton Hill, it is a nice rest stop. We had a relaxed lunch, food was very good and prices reasonable (considering the location). They have outdoor seating, live entertainment and an attentive staff. Worth going back too.
We went here on a local recommendation for lunch and were very pleased to have tried it. We sat out on the patio as a beautiful day and tried some of their gimmick drinks and the burgers. It was nice that there was live music while we ate and even though it was not my first choice type of music... more
If you eat any place on Clifton Hill this should be your must eat. You get a descent meal at a good price. Unheard of in a tourist trap area. You wont be disappointed.
This really nice restaurant is at the top of pricey Clifton Hill but it definitely doesn't cost the earth. We went in tired after a long look for a cash machine that accepted European cards and came out refreshed and ready for tacky entertainment.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and we had the choice of sitting outside or in. With the warm Canadian weather outside, this was a no brainer! A...
